      Sorry, no tips on this. Best thing to do is to use cheap brushes or old ones that you can just bin afterwards.

    do you use the mixture of latex and latex thickener for each coat? or just the first coat?

    hi. before applying latex on model, do you apply wax on model o remove mold from original model easyly? what kind of wax do you use> thanks.

      I don't use wax. I just wash the mold with plain water before using.

    Does the latex mold stretch when left empty?

      Hi, yes. It's a rubber that stretch and back to it's orginal shape again.

    Did you 1st apply wax before painted it with rubber?

      Hi, I didn't apply wax on this specific project but it turned out perfect. It actually depends on the texture of the model. I applied wax in some of my projects please check out the videos. Thanks

    Whats the sealant you use, i wanted to do a parceling model my mother made a long time ago and was thinking of using the 10 to 1 ratio of conola oil i beleive it is but not sure, need a release agent that wont mess up my mother's peice of art

      In this specific project I did not use any release agent and it works fine for me but in my other projects I've used castor oil. Lots of choices in the shop there's wax as well.

      @@pamcarluk i was thinking of using the latex and latex hardener for it, the piece means alot to me, so i looked it up says use oil on porcelain pieces, so i will try out on smaller peices and work my way up because its kinda in that medium range where it can pass as a larger peice

    Can this latex rubber be used on a cement statue to replicate it?

      @@MrGonzales1982 You will need to seal the cement statue first. Dry cement is porous, which will soak up the first layer of latex to varying degrees.

      You can apply mould release if you want. Some of my projects I did use release agent but for this specific project I didn't, but it works just fine.

      It will last you years and years if you will look after your mold.

      Classic tibia- remember to keep your latex molds out of the sun! They deteriorate in the sun. Also do not use petroleum products on them because they ruin the latex.

      Hi yah thanks for watching my video.
      I didn't do any preparation before I applied the latex rubber mould it was easy to take the rubber out when it's fully dry but some people they use release agent it's entirely up to you.
