The guitar solo part was totally the definition of the guitarist asking "Okay, so how do you want me to play this part?" And the musical director saying "knock yourself out"
This song really shows how she never thought of greg as an equal until he confronts her about it.
People are commenting about how the background music is too loud, but I think it's absolutely perfect! I LOVE the vocal cover, of course, but the metal rendition of this song is AMAZING!

I saw a bunch of comments about the mix and thought I'd say something quick, even though I'm typically not one to explain myself since I'd never release something I wasn't 100% sure of. I mixed this song while Adriana was sitting directly next to me and we both agreed that the vocals being any louder just sounded like it was making the instrumentation take a super far back seat. It honestly kind of sounded like a badly mixed karaoke track if the backing stuff was quieter. We both were happy with how the vocals sat in the mix when listening over our devices, so we apologize if they seemed drowned out over yours. Nonetheless, thanks for listening!

And yep, for anyone who's commented about the vocal volume, this comment sums it up - although this is primarily a channel to showcase my vocals, I really felt that the guitar work on this was excellent and I wanted to make sure the nuances in the instrumentation could be heard as well!
When listening to the mix over monitors and headphones, it sounded fine to me, but I realize it might sound different on other listening devices. We apologize if the vocal levels seemed too low, but I'm really happy with how the track turned out, and I hope everyone enjoys the work we put in nonetheless!
+FamilyJules7X I think is actually your voice the one that's low. But It's kinda good because you're making harmonies more than everything so Adriana's voice has more priority, apart from that I think it's actually great, man. Maybe a different pan structure would've helped? idk, I'm sure you tried everything, haha.
