Sadat encounters in Kashmir has reduced unlike before lot of encounter use to happen daily in different parts of jk. 2. yearly kashmir saw many bandh days and kids missed schools a lot. Now it doesn't happen. Unemployment increased is what they spread. Unemployment rate is 18 percent in jk, while in rajsthan its 20 %. Even that wud come down once the job selection board is fixed. Since lot of protest over board was happening sayin they are currupt.

370 isn't a play card..coz now jk is no if buts, but legally part of country.
Lot more progress to come with private sector, which will come once they find govt is stable and no terrorism there. Rome wasn't built in a day. Let's have patience. Pakistan occupied Kashmir doesn't have even an airport, has 2 hospitals in pok, hardly much schools. Unlike in jk kashmir where one district has more hospitals than entire pok, has airport and many schools. We need is proactive private sector now.
