Hey the model 3 performance is the best bang for vehicle around. Nothing gets close to it. It’s unfortunately a better vehicle than a m340i by a long shot for a daily driver.
@@devinmurray5280 To each their own, I guess! I think it's the most boring, generic looking, and cheaply made EV on the market. The only thing it has going for it is straight line acceleration, and the rest falls apart quite quickly after that. There are many cars I would buy long before a Model 3, from M cars to other EVs.
thats the purpose of the model 3. Its practical but boring. Literally supposed to drive you from point A to B and thats it 😁 new one is a lot nicer however. can't knock it till you drive one brother!
@@delayedinsanity yeah it’s the best EV in its price range and offers the most for the money performance wise by far. Great and tight steering and the performance has adaptive dampers. Being an EV the center is extremely low and it’s a perfect 50:50 weight distribution. It’s an over 500hp to the wheel and 650ft/lbs. and it costs as much as like as like a smart car to drive fuel wise. With no maintenance. It’s unfortunately the best daily driver by large margins for its price. The m340i is an amazing car. But the model 3 performance is 10k cheaper before a tax rebate and saves about 1.5-2k a year on fuel. Then you might get the tax rebate for another 7.5k off. It’s better than the m340i in all but two areas, paint quality and build quality. It’s superior in all other ways. And it’s why as much as I wanted the m340i, I could pick it over the model 3. It’s simply the logical decision even if the heart wants the b58s beautiful note (which isn’t a performant thing).
@@willyg20_ I mean slightly over a G of whiplash acceleration force in the performance I wouldn’t call boring any day of the week. Especially a car that pulls sub 11 second quarter miles.
Is the mad and the aa catted downpipe still loud enough in sport plus with the windows rolled up? Debating between this or Dinan. Any recommendations ?
@@willyg20_ thanks just want to make sure this set up is still loud enough to have fun with the windows rolled up before I spend a good penny on an exhaust. I want Dinan but idk people said it drones bad ?
@@flightman7594 it’s definitely still loud enough. The dinan system kind of sucks. That’s why I didn’t go with it. Having the valves is a must plus when open it’s pretty much straight pipe lol
@@willyg20_ did MAD every respond about their tip size ? Wondering if it’s possible to get aftermarket tips for MAD instead of theirs. Just unsure of the sizes tbh

last trip which was 3 hours clocked 38.9 average MPG 😌
On long road trips super easy to hit 40mpg on eco tires. For me tho, I get 19mpg because of the way I drive 😂
