    Did the epoxy not quite glue the “tarmac” layer down very well? Any concern that these won’t stay glued down in the long run?

      It definitely glued it, I didn’t mix enough to get a more even spread. If I had done that bit right I shouldn’t have had to do those touch ups. You don’t have to use epoxy either as long as the glue is suitable for styrofoam. I just like the gorilla epoxy as I can still work with it after 15-30 minutes.
