Nah, bruiser hecarim is still better for solo queue imo. Conq, defence boots, triforce (or better yet DS if they have any juggernauts like Mundo), then then full situational tank items, getting BC whenever you want a damage hit
Lethality hec works alright if you have a team that can group and set up for you, but bruiser is so much more self sufficient while still being good damage

Hecarim has 2 main builds, tank with steelheart, deaths dance, twibguard, and titanic or sunderer, and a more ad style build with full speed items and runes to mame your attacks as lethal as possible. Tank is better for solo Q you are really good and reliable at hecarim

The idea is it gives you a lot of damage on your Qs. Not a fan personally tho, it gives you no bruiser stats, too squishy
