Honestly its hard to say as some shirts 2x are big on my and other places 3x are too small. I find a 3x fits me perfect after being washed and dried for a more comfortable fit. But a 2x also fits me fine! So I would say true to size. With that said as long as you do not wash or dry the item they have an excellent return policy!
