Customer focus, he said it as so and it's true. Amazon is the one company I've never hesitated on buying from because they make it super easy to return anything or get it replaced, simply put they make it very convenient for the customer and that's what people want. While other companies are looking to charge you left and right for any added convenience, Amazon simply provided, that's why all other retailers are so scared when Amazon moves in on their territory.
