Being from the Netherlands, I was baffled as to why someone would pick that outfit, it just seemed so odd. This is the first time I realize it's something a landscaper would wear up there, and he chose it to make it look like there was a reason for going into someone's yard. D'oh.
My theory is that Telles was framed by a time traveler, so really the odd outfit makes perfect sense.

Yep his mistake was to challenge a power structure which is now railroading him into a life sentence. The general public only sees the tip of the corruption berg afloat in American Society. No it means you do not want to draw the attention of the neighbors. Telles could have simply shot German at anytime. But you see this was not as told by the State a crime of passion. It was a frame-up. Centered around framing Telles. Making a big noise risked the entire operation. If a neighbor said the woman or guy has black hair...then what? eyeballs on Compass. If done with a gun it is pretty cut and dry who had a motive for that. But again noisy and risked a mis ID when your hitman fires. No you had to do the costume and knife route.

They obviously are trying to distance themselves from him. On his direct he did a full narration instead of his lawyers asking questions. It’s very rare. It means that the defendant is definitely going to commit perjury and his lawyers cannot knowing commit it so decide to let him just narrate for a few hours uninterrupted.

BUT the State could run their entire case based on some Affair leading to Murder narrative without much direct evidence to support that version. Beyond some snapshots by disgruntled employees and some references to German's normal work as a useful idiot at the RJ.

John Cleese built a career out of silly walks. few hours in a dance studio and we can all do the walk. I did however find the excessive walking of the neighborhood to get on as many cameras as he could a bit overdone. 16 minutes of walking away form the crime scene was excessive. But what did they have? the walk was about it really without giving up the jig.
Yep most on here do not even know they showed video of the costume person walking AWAY from the crime scene before the murder for 16 minutes or more. Doing loops in the area to get their bad selves on video. What murderer would do that? a paid one duh.
He really thinks he's making a case for himself by repeatedly saying throughout his testimony and cross examination "I didn't kill Mr. German" 😅😅 c'mon guy, we know your guilty. This trial is just a formality at this point
This is the crux of the issue. MOST people despite knowing better, are BUYING the State's narrative. Knowing full well the Police lie and so do Prosecutors. They just assume since KLASTV says it was Telles, it's Telles. Then they run a house flipper ad and everybody gets another beer.
To GET this case assume that the person in the costume is NOT Robert Telles. Then it hopefully will all make sense. He said he didn't kill him or ever visited his home. So entertain the real possibility he is telling the truth. That he was indeed framed. Now LOOK at the State's curated case carefully.
WHERE is even video of Telles's house in all this? missing because if they showed you that video it would show you his SUV never left the driveway. Or you can believe in an affluent area nobody has any cameras on their homes.

That picture that shows the guy with the "hair" that ISN'T hair! That is a shadow. Take a look at the rear driver side window. There are dark shadows. It just happened to be at the height of the head so it appeared to be hair. Several Court TV commentators stated that his walk was not like the one in the video. I strongly disagree on that also. That walk was exactly like Telles's walk. Remember...he was on a mission when walking to or from the crime scene. Much different than a relaxed walk in the office.
