15:20 General waffling, a bit of my history, should you ride here as a beginner? Do you need an EMTB?
19:52 Double Bogey
I went looking for videos that would show me as a beginner what my new local bike park is like. I couldn't find what I wanted so I made them instead.
This is a follow up to the series showing the whole park as you would see it if you ride it rather than showing my skills (easy = none).
It occurred to me that folk might wonder what kind of bike they needed to come and try it so I rode the whole park on my old Kona Explosif (in fairness it’s actually my favourite bike to ride there)
Congrats to the Bike Park team and folks involved in getting the defibrillator kit installed at the park. Apologies for sounding like I might need it at some points in this video, I was determined I was going to do all the trails in one session…

Video and audio quality isn't the best, filmed mainly on old Insta360 ONE R kit which has taken a bit of a beating.........

Least your having fun mate
Haha yeah, 5 minutes fun, 15 minutes recovery, repeat until no longer capable. Just watched your RM vids, had a mate who raced a 400 back in the day. I had DT400’s myself but never raced.
