    Fine horse you have there. Good driving also. I like what you said about driving as though your own family was in the car ahead, and a state trooper was behind you.Truly something everyone should say to themselves when they feel highway anger or the need for speed.🙋‍♂️

    This may sound kind weak but I appreciate when slow trucks use their flashers. It helps me make decisions faster if I can see they are below speed well ahead of time.

    I watch a few other very popular trucking videos. Even though they are also very interesting and professional I must say you are head and shoulders above everyone I watch in care for the truck and detail about it. I hope some day to see your rig on the highway, it must be something to see in the sun light!

    Great video as usual Tim! Playing catchup on your videos. When I drove a N-14 back in the day if you left the cruise on it would pull harder than if you had your foot poured in it. Just would tap the clutch to shut the cruise off to take a gear if needed then hit the resume on the cruise.

    I can deploy upgraded full emissions intact calibrations that will save $20k-$30k per truck per year, for the ISX15 (2013-16) and X15 (2017-22) platforms. I've had over 1 mil miles testing... They increase 400+ lbs ft of torque, improve drivability and driver efficiency and productivity (40+ min per day). You can pull Eisenhower, with 80k lbs, at 40 mph with CC on.

    My last 389 I bought brand new I had ISX in it and it pulls good wit near 78000 of gross weight.. now I work local and pull tanker sold my 389 and got another one 389 light specs with paccar motor in it. I know most of you guys hate paccar motor I was the same way before.. I had to get light weight truck only option I had go with paccar so I ended up with 2016 389 flattop 500 paccar with 10 speed tranny n 336 rear end. Bought it used guess what I loved it I have it now about 4 years and love the motor it pulls pretty damn good going steep grade I stay near 42 41 mph and beat thing water temp doesn’t go up as fast as ISX . Only down side any problem you got u have to go to dealership not many truck shops like to work on it..

    That X15 is a beast! I've recently read that Cummins invented the Engine Brake back in the day with a Jacobs manufacturing collaboration (yall read up on it) and thats why Cummins has the best Jakes. Also that monster torque that X15 creates is a big thanks to that gear drive system they use👍. Along with the single cam set up works out really nice 👌. And blah...blah...blah.... it's a freak'n beast💪...come'on!😄

    Not sure if you read your comments but I thought I’d try. I’m in the process of looking at a new truck and attempted to contact peterbuilt Steve. • @100pyatt
      @100pyatt 6 лет назад +2

      Steve's got some beautiful pre-spec'd trucks if you can reach him...I Ended up doing MY OWN Custom spec Pete and KW with the local dealers...[Be forewarned].. It takes some time to put it all together!!...I would've shortened the process if i had bought one of Steve's lot trucks... BUT there's some things i would've had to settle for that i wouldn't have had unless doing my own custom specs..
      **A big bonus to using RUSH truck centers or Steve's Rush dealership is that they have in house Peterbilt certified body shops... They Can paint match fenders, deck plates, drop panels , etc etc etc... 😎👍

    Guys think there have to speed and run overloaded to make money. One time a guy i worked with said he could do make it on legal loads we had run the same run that day. We checked what we made that day and he made 50 cents up there and 50 cents coming back. He said was going to stop running overloads. That will not pay a overload fine.

    Good Evening Tim from South East Asia here..i dont know if u can take my 1 cent opinion or not regarding static onboard video style u always do..as for me(i believe some of ur viewer also have same opinion as me tho)..static onboard video gonna make me fall asleep 10-15 minute after watching it or lose interest 10-15 minute after that(it kinda wasted because most of ur video lenght ranging 30-50 minute)....with unstatic onboard video it keep me awake most of the time because we can see more of what u see on ur perspective tho..kinda strange for me..and i know u already mention it in other video, it make other feel dizzy from unstatic onboard video..if u cant do that for full lenght video..can u mix it yeah...as i say..it just my 1 cent opinion..
    In the end..as everybody say tho..ur video, ur style right..haha..anyway..keep on trucking..COME ON....

      The static view is relaxes some of us. After all the busy - ness of a long day, just sitting back with that Cummins Diesel humming, and Tim rambling, just settles me down.

      Naze Turbine I think that was worth 2 cents, and I should work on that, it might help build my audience retention, and thank you watching from over there 👍

      @@throzousstratoz8794 I agree on the POV head cam, I often just listen and don't watch much when it's a dash cam video but i don't mind it. The POV Head cam to me is really a unique thing that gives people the drivers perspective i think... I can see how some people get upset about the movement... BUT it's supposed to be a reality video....Soooo anyways, I like them BOTH.. and when Tim changes it up, keeps me watching(or listening) !!👍😎👍
