His old classic account we all know him as is not safe to reinstate today, as it’s an extremely high value target to exploiters. Every account made on or prior to 2016 is in at least one database leak a while ago. While all accounts made on or before 2012 are in at least two.
These days, most people will say if they have the bonafide hat, they may assume the account has been PGed at least once, as that’s only given to accounts with email tied to them. However, it does not necessarily mean they have been PGed if the original account holder had OGE tied to their account.
