    I just ordered this set. I am very excited about a full, multi-volume commentary on the Bible from someone who is dispensational (but not hyper-dispensational), fundamental, Baptist, pro kjv, pro young earth Creation, and non-Calvinist. I don’t have any Bible commentaries that check all of those boxes in either print or on computer, but now I will. Thank you for providing such a great resource at your store.

    Dr. Sorenson’s latest book “The Faithful Word: The making of the King James Bible” is a great book! It showed up in the mail at lunch time today . Read it today. Highly recommend. I have his commentary and the sword searcher module and his other books. All of his work that I’ve seen has been excellent

    Did your video say this commentary is “critical text based, Wescott, and Hort? “

    • @TheKJVStore
      @TheKJVStore  8 месяцев назад

      Incorrect. It is "- King James/Traditional-Text Based", "In Distinction To", Meaning that it is NOT - Modern/Critical-Text Based (Westcott & Hort). I.E. it is King James based, it is not Modern Text based.

      The current price is $300.00. We don't mention prices in videos because prices change all the time which most of the time stems from the publisher, and is beyond our control. But as of today 5/25/23, the current price is $300.00 + $35.00 UPS Ground shipping in the continental U.S. We believe you'll find this is a great value for 8,300 pages worth of resources. Blessings.

      I’ll be needing more info on this “dispensation theology” before I make a purchase like that! Seems even kjv only people these days are trying to change scripture!

    • @TheKJVStore
      @TheKJVStore  Год назад

      If you have a specific question about a specific volume, Scripture passage, etc.. please let us know and we'll be happy to ask Bro. Sorenson. But the blanket statement "I need more info on dispensational theology" is hard to answer. That's part of why we offer this 11 Volume Commentary Set containing 8,300 pages worth of Dispensational theology and commentary.
      Lots of articles out there that provide an overview though:

    • @AnthonyTuminello

      That's satanic heresy. The 'pre-trib' belief is Biblical. 2nd Thessalonians 2 proves a pre-Time of Jacob's Trouble catching up of the body of Christ. If you don't believe in the 'pre-trib' rapture, you have no blessed hope. You're looking for the anti-christ, not Jesus Christ.
      Amos 5:18 (KJV) Woe unto you that desire the day of the LORD! to what end is it for you? the day of the LORD is darkness, and not light.
      1 Thessalonians 5:9-10 (KJV) For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ, Who died for us, that, whether we wake or sleep, we should live together with him.

    Understanding the Bible - 11 Volume Commentary Set. It is Dispensational, Pre-Tribulation Rapture, Pre-Millennial. If the commentary is dispensational, then you understand your dispensational theology, not the Bible.

    • @TheKJVStore
      @TheKJVStore  12 дней назад

      Sounds like unsolicited advice founded on circular reasoning to us, but thanks for your opinion anyway. Commentary is opinion, just like your opinion on dispensationalism. Either you agree with it, or you don't. No man's commentary will ever supersede God's actual words (the bible) in importance. We are very clear about that in this video and even Dr. Sorenson himself is very clear about that in his writings and commentaries. If you don't like commentary, or specifically this commentary, don't buy it. We sell "Text Only" KJV Bibles for that very purpose:

    How about praying for discernment before reading the KJV, then meditation! Watch Dr Ruckman videos!! For the love of money is the root of all evil! Don Nesbitt doesn't charge anything and won't except donations!!

    • @TheKJVStore
      @TheKJVStore  2 года назад +7

      Do you do the same when reading a "Ruckman Reference Bible"? "The Ruckman Reference Bible contains the notes and references from Dr. Ruckman's personal Bible" and last time we checked they are not free or given away. As such, if you prefer Ruckman, then just say you prefer Ruckman commentary and do not agree with Sorenson commentary. But to essentially shun "all" commentary yet at the same time recommend videos from someone who has their own "commentary" based study bible, doesn't quite make sense to us.

      What crackpot wants to watch the racist quack Ruckmans videos? Lay off the nuts, buddy. Ruckman was twice divorced and married three times and commented that all blacks are racists (Ruckman, Peter. The Pastoral Epistles. 1989, p. 121). Ruckman and many of his followers believe women become men at the rapture. (Ruckman, Peter. 22 Years of the Bible Believer’s Bulletin Vol. 1 “The AV Holy Bible.” 1999, p. 110) and believed that abortion was not murder. This isn’t even touching upon his teaching that salvation is different in each dispensation.
