I think I'm more impressed with the fact that the live vocals sound almost identical to the recording.
They have great voices paired up with comedic lyrics.

Bård has a bad streptococcal infection in his throat and performed The Fox with his body full of antibiotics. I think he did great, but he was completely worn out afterwards. I saw a picture of him like half an hour after the stage performance, in a taxi, half asleep with a scarf around his neck. He was not doing great, so I guess he gave everything he had on stage:)

For those not in the UK or who don’t get the context: Children in Need is a UK nationwide charity with its annual Appeal Night where all this happens. It’s all family friendly meme stuff, stuff that these children in need really do need to be happy. So we just give, and the kids get a happy life. That’s a good world

I feel like this is genuinely for a good cause, and I also feel like they are making fun of pop culture as we know it with a silly song, over the top antics, and better stage presence than most singers.
I love that's part of their parody, and adding The Cheeky Girls, Jedward and Bucks Fizz to the mix just added to that!
It was made to promote the third season of their talk show, and thus far seem amazed at all the attention it's getting.
