    This was originally seen in the fall of 1966, because the title villain is a reference to "BATMAN" [THE most popular "live-action cartoon" in prime-time that year]; also a reference to "CAR 54, WHERE ARE YOU?" at 2:19 {George S, Irving does his impression of Joe E. Ross' "Gunther Toody", Kenny Delmar as Fred Gwynne's "Francis Muldoon"} . "Officer Flim Flanagan" (from "The Hunter") makes another rare appearance. Voices by Wally Cox, Norma McMillan, George S. Irving, Kenny Delmar & Delo States.

    The voice actors for this show were pretty lame no? but the cartoon was cute though
