- I smoked five different types of sausage links including a traditional cajun andouille sausage, shitake mushroom and pineapple sausage, deer sausage and local cajun crawfish boudin. The links came out so delicious and the smoke flavor made it all worth it. I am hoping to inspire others to start smoking meats and cooking outdoor more often because anyone can do it too.
