In this video, I will be showing you how to make a Long beans & Prawn Curry . This is a really nice simple curry which I love to make. It is a very nice side curry to have alongside your meal. I have used prawns and jackfruit in mine, but you don't need to add them if you don't want to. Please enjoy watching and making this amazing Long beans & Prawn Curry :)
Long beans & Prawn Curry ingredients:
Long beans
Jackfruit seeds
Some garlic
Some green chillies
Handful of shallots
Some oil
Mustard seeds - ¼ teaspoon
Fennel seeds - ¼ teaspoon
Cumin seeds - ¼ teaspoon
Curry leaves
Fenugreek seeds - ½ teaspoon
Some salt
Turmeric powder - ½ teaspoon
Some prawns
Curry powder - 3 teaspoons
Seedless tamarind
Coconut milk - 1 cup
