It's good have Thaipusam as a public holiday in Singapore. It will give a chance for fellow Singaporeans to participate and appreciate fellow Singaporean's rich culture and spiritual values. 🙏 👍😊
Thaipusam AND Easter have always been Public Holidays.... until "someone" decided that they shouldnt. The Gov have to bring back the PUBLIC HOLIDAY status for these two very IMPORTANT DAYS! For the ignorant, Easter is as important to ALL Christians/Catholics as Good Friday and Christmas!! (MANY will even say, MORE SO!) As for Thaipusam, i've no doubt that its a VERY IMPORTANT day for most Indians too. Considering that here in Sg, PUBLIC HOLIDAYS have taken on an "optional" status, with MANY Companies and businesses choosing to still be open/operating on those PHs, AND working from home(WFH) is already a norm for many entities, there is no reason why Thaipusam AND Christmas should not have their PUBLIC HOLIDAY status mandated back to what they are supposed to be in the first place!

I love hindu
Real world Hellraiser
It is incredible how in the middle of an advanced civilization they do not understand that all these types of things are pagan.
Sure worship a jew nailed to cross doesn't seem a pagan thing for you...😅😅..
We do not know for how long they still can celebrate Thaipusam before transitioning to a one world religion.
Will never happen tbh
Abrahamic religions will never give freedom like Hindus to worship other faith except theirs
please elaborate , what is your so call " one world religion" ?
In your dreams
@@Studio_243 maaaaaybe u might have misunderstood that as "ONE 72 YEAR OLD VIRGIN"....😬😶🌫. no offence mate...
