Mandatory afternoon 1hr sleep) This is my kutty success story of making myself disciplined. Note: I never set my alarm. From Even 8am to 3am. Unlocked my +5 extra hours on my day.

lemme give yall a suggestion . suppose you sleep at 3 am everyday and wake at 11am. so what you have to do is just try sleeping 1 or 2 hours more in the morning like try waking up at 1-2 pm and just dont sleep the whole next night . complete the work that requires focus till 5-6am in the morning and go for a run.youll not feel sleepy at all. after 9 am its the tough time . try not to sleep till 6 pm and around 7-8 pm go to bed and BOOM! youll wake at 5-6 am in the morning

suppose you sleep at 3 am everyday and wake at 11am. so what you have to do is just try sleeping 1 or 2 hours more in the morning like try waking up at 1-2 pm and just dont sleep the whole next night . complete the work that requires focus till 5-6am in the morning and go for a run.youll not feel sleepy at all. after 9 am its the tough time . try not to sleep till 6 pm and around 7-8 pm go to bed and BOOM! youll wake at 5-6 am in the morning
