That’s awesome. I’d like to see each bubble coated with different coloured iridescent mica, clear resin over top then filled with black resin on bottom 😊
Best tip for finding the centre of a circle is to put square paper under the circle. Like the paper you used for maths at school. Then mark the north to south, then the east to west.
That turned out amazing, I didn’t realize you would remove the domes and once you did I loved it. Once I get experience I might have to make one. In my mind I am making coasters, a tray, little bowls, etc all in a matching ocean theme. I spent a good 45 minutes or more going through your videos and saving a ton to both my resin art and acrylic pour playlists. I don’t think I’ve ever saved more from one artist before. Your talent is phenomenal and creativity!
Julie your enthusiasm and excitement is so endearing!! You just light up my day with your willingness to teach us so many different new skills, techniques, or tricks. Your joy is infectious and I so wish I had a friend or neighbor like you. Your piece is amazing as always and I think it looks like soap bubbles on your platter as you wash it. lol 😂❤❤❤
Yaayy finally a longer video!!! 😁😁 I was gonna comment on your last video asking when are we gonna get longer videos again bc i miss those? But i obviously forgot lol I hope you make more longer videos coming up soon pls and thank you!! Lol alright well video just started so lets see how this one turns out! Thanks for sharing hun!! 😘😘
This is absolutely stunning! ❤ just when you think that the world has run out of ideas for resin you come up with ideas such as this. I love all of your videos. Thank you for being such an inspiration.
Oh, how *FUN,* Julie! I LOVE that you made your own dome-bubbles! How cool is _that??_ You know, this could save quite a bit of resin if enough bubbles were used! I do really like the arrangement you settled on. Very artistically arranged without looking too..."precious"? Is that the word I'm looking for? I dunno! I REALLY like it! 😊👍💕 Waiting is pure torture! 😅 OHMIGOSH! This turned out so GREAT! I knew it would! IDEA: Next time you make one of these, you can turn it over an open end of a box deep enough to accommodate the handle. YES, I'm interested in having a set of the domes!
Would love a set of those bubbles too. Have you ever thought about making a "silicone block" on sone of your bigger molds? Say you had a 12x24 square mold. Then your square block could be "12 x 6 or 8 or 12...whatever size, so you could then make the big mold into a smaller mold very easily.
I love that you can see through it. I asked in an older video how I could get your drusy shaker mold with the pretty edge. As always you do beautiful work. Love to you my friend ❤❤
Am absolutely stunning project Julie. I love it. Such an incredible technique. I think you should have called those things boiled eggs, as that is what they reminded you of 😂🩷
I am so envious of your talent but not in that ugly way but with a my heart is beaming way! ❤ I can’t even get started on my pour art (no resin) because my little room is filled with my bestie’s things! 😢 I need to get my ART on!
I know this is from 8mos ago, but I really love this bubble idea. Just a suggestion... Whenever I have extra pieces.. or film like bits from my resin projects, I actually save the pieces all in a container, then use the mix of bits in another project later on. And especially if there's just colorless ones.... You can put those into a clear project and you can't tell it's even in there once completely dried.
Outstanding! Another idea would be to use ghost pigments (the ones that look white, but when burnished have an irridescent sheen) use the pigments on the bubbles, and fill the tray with clear. Then demold, turnthe tray over and fill the backside with clear, using the back as the top. If I'm right, it would look like soapy bubbles. I love the look of bubbles.❤
I just started making things with resin. I absolutely love watching you. You are one of the first that I found in every video that comes up in my feed. I watch. When you're ready to sell those half circles, I don't know what you're going to call them yet. I can't wait to be able to buy them in your Amazon store. I have purchased a few of your molds. Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful talent with all of us.
This tray turned out so beautiful! I was was thinking this could make a very sleek modern clock. Not sure how to approach the meachanics on the back. Maybe a black pour in the center( to hide the clock mechanics) fading to grey. Then numbers on the outside. I'd buy something this beautiful. Great pour & congratulations on such a pretty tray.💚💜💙🫶🎉
You can name those white bubble things.. Gum Drop Inserts! 😁😁 We need to see more designs with those Gum Drop Inserts ASAP!!! And use them with some colors too please and thank you!! Lol 😊😊
That’s awesome. I’d like to see each bubble coated with different coloured iridescent mica, clear resin over top then filled with black resin on bottom 😊
³4th rx
I'd call them baubles
I was just thinking that, dusting the dots with like chameleon colors!
That's a fantastic idea
Hi where can I find those bubbles? 😊
Best tip for finding the centre of a circle is to put square paper under the circle. Like the paper you used for maths at school. Then mark the north to south, then the east to west.
I would call them " Silly Dots" short for silicone dots. The tray is beautiful.
Love that idea!
Or even 'Silly Bubs"? (silicone bubbles)
That's a perfect name
Love the name.
Thank you all for your sweet comments.
The bubbles would look great in chameleon powders. It looks awesome Julie. ❤

The one thing every artist seems to agree on. glitter changes your life, once used, it will never let you forget! ✨️ ✨️ ✨️ 😂
Wow, your tray turned out amazing! I think you could make a very cool clock with your dome dots. ❤
My granddaughter said, they look like “goose bumps “ like she gets when she gets cold on her skin❤
upside down, reminds me, off a cool painting palette. if you fill them in, I'd do sea shells, abalone shells, little sea creatures
Those spheres are so cool.
This is Absolutely the best platter ive seen thus far , I meean youve made a lot but this is most intriguing ❤❤❤

That looks so elegant. Knowing me, I'd have all kinds of colors in the dots. But I like loud.
Julie! That is really cool 😎. Love the effect of the bubbles.

Am absolutely stunning project Julie. I love it. Such an incredible technique. I think you should have called those things boiled eggs, as that is what they reminded you of 😂🩷
😮Wow! This is amazing! I definitely have to try it. I'm headed to your store now!!!
I love it, ❤ I also love your enthusiasm too. ❤
A trick I learned to check if your color is what you want is to pour a small amount into a clear container to the depth you will be pouring.
I am so envious of your talent but not in that ugly way but with a my heart is beaming way! ❤ I can’t even get started on my pour art (no resin) because my little room is filled with my bestie’s things! 😢 I need to get my ART on!
Call them disks! So exciting!
I really love your channel. You are so talented and have a really great eye for new ideas.😊

Beautiful project! Fascinating to watch you work. ❤
I was thinking, turn he tray over on to a deep bowl to remove the sphere molds. But, the way you did it, works. ❤❤❤
Only just managed to see the end of the video and see what it looks like unveiled! It’s fab! Absolutely love it! 😊
Love this idea! It would be fun to put a color or different colors in the bubbles. An hombre effect in same color.
Love, love it! I'm going to take a stab at making my own silidots!
How cool is that, just love it ❤

I Like Big Moulds And I Cannot Lie... 😉
This is a fabulous result - so elegant. It's also got quite a strong 60s sci-fi feel to it somehow... 🖤

This is so cool! The would look really cool in a underwater scene with some 🐟 🐠 and seashells

Fill the bubbles with colored mirror glass. Maybe a wine color. Beautiful peice. Wow!!!
It'd be really fun to add an iridescent powder to the bubbles to give them a little dimension and shine!! 😊 So fun.
This is beautiful and it was so wonderful to hear your voice through out. Thank you so much ❤

Most beautiful platter tray . AWSOME
Wow!!! Coolest thing ever!
That would make an interesting paint palette
I love that so much! I wish I did resin now. haha. They reminded me of Mentos when I first saw the inserts. So cute.
The way the light makes little bars between the dots makes it look like a molecule model to me. So much cooler than I anticipated! ~~~^..^
That's just fabulous! You are so skilled.
I love this piece 🤩
This is one of your most interesting pieces yet! So cool!
Absolutely gorgeous!
So satisfying watching you take the domes out 😅
