this game is so good and overhated for no reason at all. I've played I think almost 1k hours on ps4 back in 2016, and now I'm still playing it on the series X. Everytime you play this game, you will always discover some cool stuff (lore and gameplay related. Talking about lore, this world has SO much lore content, it's crazy. It's like every 5 meters you find some notes, buildings with a story behind them, all sorts of stuff). Building settlements is great, romance options are good, companions are very good and original (they can either hate, dislike, like, admire or love you, all depending on your choices you make while u're with them. They also all have special dialogues during primary/secondary missions that you complete. Honestly, the companion aspect has to be one of my fav parts of this game). I even like FO4 "weakest part", which is the story. I find it very cool and interesting, with some good choices you can make, with their respective pros and consequences. Honestly, I can't think of much that I find "bad", it's a very good, fun and huge game, and I can't wait to see what they're going to do with Starfield, with Microsoft funding them
It's hard to believe it's been 7 years... I remember playing it on release and while it wasn't the massive RPG I was expecting, it was still a fun mindless shooter I would play out of boredom (not to mention I love to build a lot in my settlements)

@@straybullets777 As someone who prefers Fallout 4 to New Vegas, I'll try and explain why that is for me. When I play Fallout 4, I have fun the entire time. When I play New Vegas I really only have fun when in dialogue, even if the dialogue parts are some of the most fun dialogue parts I've experienced in a game. For me though, the rest of the game is too boring. I think the biggest problem I had with it was the world didn't feel fun to explore. I would have fun talking with these people, and than I'd have to do some quest or go to some location and I'd hate it. In Fallout 4, when I have to travel or fight I still have fun. That really killed my enjoyment for the game and by the time I beat it, I was just happy to be done with it. But I can undestand that NV would be perfect if it were based on 4's version of the creation engine. F4:NV looks great but idk if it will ever get done
For me, Fallout 4 is my.favorite fallout game. I have poured thousands of hours into 3 and NV but literally was saying since 3 that I wanted to build and play out fully as a raider and 4 definately gave me that in droves. Say what you will but me being able to construct the commonwealth into whatever I want has given me an unbelievable amount of game time. I just love making each place unique and sometimes making literal cities. And do I really even need to mention mods? Theres definately aspects its drops the ball on, but for me personally, I never got near the amount of game play and enjoyment out of 3 or NV 💯💯
I really loved the settlement building in Fo4 and with the vast amount of mods there is a lot of content to find. I am really looking forward to the Fallout 4: New Vegas and Fallout 4: London mod.
fallout4 was my first fallout game. to this day, it's my favorite game ever. i got it on every platform! i've tried playing new vegas and fo3, but i can't seem to get into them. i can't seem to stand more than a couple hours of them.
I enjoy the choices and consequences of New Vegas and all of its characters, and with Fallout 3 the truly desolate feel its wasteland has and all the scavenging to be had. I played them first, so I admittedly can enjoy them easier than if I played Fallout 4 first. 4’s world and characters just never got me for some reason, but I do enjoy the gameplay and presentation.
Fallout 4 is a good game, in my opinion. Better if you don't think of it as a "Fallout" game, and just its own thing. I liked that they experimented with lots of cool features, made it easier to mod, etc. Hell, we're getting remakes of older Fallout games, plus some new ones like Project Mojave (which isn't a recreation of New Vegas, sadly) and Fallout: London. With every problem I had with Fallout 4, it opened a lot of doors and even the base game is genuinely fun if you focus on the gameplay and exploration and... maybe forgive some lore violations... and... just use mods and make it closer to the experience you prefer. It's a game. If you bought it, then they have your money and don't give a shit what you do with it, so might as well find a way to enjoy it. Officially, though, I personally want more games with intriguing dialogue, impactful choices and thoughtful stories... not sure if there's anything I can do to persuade companies to make them, though, so I'll just sit and wait and appreciate what is available until something new catches my attention.
Yes, Fallout can be what you make it, with Mods, but I do not need any help to Destroy the World, I Can do all by myself in Fallout, I don't mind NPC but mostly as prospective targets mostly, NOT as a "Companion", Also I am getting on, I have spent 50 years working with PC's, I played Online, BUT who cannot stop or pause your online game with Companions, to make some Food, get a drink, go to toilet, Your "party" will soon fall apart, but Fallout Era Games Single Player give you that freedom, to pause, to save & Continue later, that if you are tied to Online Group, actively playing in Game Online, you cannot do ..
Fallout 4 is the only game I put over 500 hours in. When I was a wee 15 year old, the game came out and I fell in love. This is my favorite game ever put together by glue, toothpicks and passion. 3k hours later and I still play this game to this day. During my military career when I was overseas, I was playing fallout 4 on a shit ass laptop I bought at the PX. And now im going to college where I’ll begin modding fallout 4 in a semi serious manner, before it was just for fun and learning
I actually started playing it for the first time a few days ago! I got it as a gift from an ex-girlfriend when the game dropped but I was so busy with college and internships that I never got around to playing it. Finally have some free time all these years later and I had a craving for some Fallout - so far, I am not disappointed in the slightest. New Vegas will always be my favorite but I think I'm enjoying this one more than I did FO3.
Same. I played Fallout 1 and 2 and FOT way back in the day. Never bothered with FO3 because of the game style switch. I had been working on a post apocalyptic city build in Cities Skylines and figured why not check out Fallout 4 for some inspiration. That was 9 days ago and I haven't been back to Cities Skylines since. I'm far to invested in Fallout 4 now.
Never played 1, loved 2, 3 was OK. NV was my favorite, but I also like 4 quite a bit. I like building all the settlements up, it makes the commonwealth feel more alive.
Same here. I hope one day they could do a separate offline mode. Just add more A.I and you could probably make it seem like they are other players. I would love that. West Virginia has such a nice world space too.
I love Fallout 4. It has it's flaws but I think its the most comfortable and replayable Fallout game. And I will always stand by that it is significantly better than Fallout 3.
Yeah this was a perfect sequel. It improved on the graphical classiness of Fallout 3 (keeping it familiar) and improved it in a lot of other areas as well. The only thing that I found noticeable is ... that I kind of missed the D.C. aspect of it. Boston is not as interesting. Other than that, honestly it doesn't even matter where the location is, West Virginia being even less interesting.
I love the subtitles please make it permanent. My iphone speakers got so low after i took it in the water and i always need to use my beats headphones which are uncomfortable so i need subtiles to enjoy a video comfortably
I too enjoy this game quite a bit, but it's hard not to unnotice the flaws once you've seen them. Like, how Bethesda abandoned a genuine RPG approach by forcing you into a role as a parent - a fully voiced role - but the game never truly commits to that role and instead abandons spending much time with your spouse or son. Or like how the first faction you meet, the Minutemen, don't actually have a questline. Just the radiant quest system from Skyrim. Or like how you spend the entire game collecting scrap to build settlements, rather than sending settlers to do it. Or like how when you become "leader" of a faction, you end up just a fetch quest jockey running around doing menial tasks. Especially when you're "General" yet Preston Garvey orders you around, rather than, y'know, the GENERAL doing the ordering.
I love the Fallout franchise, it's honestly in my opinion one of the best franchises in the world. I just love the lore, the weapons, the concept and the settlement building (and the mods). There is so much to do, so much information from each game. I don't know where I am going with this, but it's just a really good franchise.
The intro is the jokes about r Kelly and Ubisoft were super funny. Keep it up. I like RUclipsrs who worry about saying controversial stuff. I’m not here for corporate stuff. Just good old game play and commentary about a good game. Thank to anyone who read this rant I need to get this out
When I first got this game it was awesome, and on some level it still is… if I could play it longer than thirty minutes without it crashing. That’s without mods too. Idk why it’s so unstable now, can’t be my console, I’ve checked. But when it’s stable it is a very enjoyable game lol
It's not just you. Fallout 4 has always consistently crashed everytime I get close to downtown. To this day I still cannot go to downtown. With and without mods
Fr, especially when you’re playing survival. Sometimes I be on a main story mission which usually takes me 30-40 mins. I get near a couple of places and game just crashes. It’s annoying but still fun.
@@byronrudolph3139 yeah, for that reason alone fallout 4 is utterly unplayable for me on survival mode. Which sucks, because I like some of the features for that. But I can’t play that game and have a good time without saves. I feel like for a game as buggy as that, saves and fast travel should still be an option
4 isn’t as good as New Vegas, but I love the hell out of that game. It was my introduction to Fallout, and it is what got me into single player games. It will always hold a special place in my heart.
I didnt like New Vegas. but i played new vegas after fallout 4. felt like a older shittier fallout 4 with wonky mechanics to me. i mean i liked it, but no where near as much as fallout 4.
@@christophtrispec3083 I also played it a few years after 4. You are right about the wonk, it is fantastically wonky lol. But after playing New Vegas it made me think 4 was too easy. And the side quests and characters in 4 are a lot of fun, but they felt a lot more interesting in New Vegas. I wonder if maybe New Vegas was remade maybe you would be more inclined to give it another shot? Because that’s why I almost didn’t play it.
Fallout 4 made me realize how much i prefer the voiceless protagonist, cause every time i made a new character it just felt like i was making the same guy but with a few adjustments and you cant put a voice to your protagonist in your head like you can in vegas, just a nitpick
Exactly, that Elijah Whatever youtuber makes me roll my eyes every time stumble upon his contents, shit on FO4 sure sounds fun at first, but got old really quick.
This is a game I spend like 10 hours modding and then playing for some 2 hours and quitting just to return install more mods and removing useless ones and them playing 3 hours and….
I just 100% fallout 3 new Vegas and 4 in the last 6 months and I can say easily. 4 is the best game by far Anyone that says other wise hasn’t played the older ones recently.
Fallout 4 holds a dear place in my heart and I think it always will it was one of the first games of that genre I ever played and it opened up a whole new world of gaming for me. Definitely my #1 game of all time.

fallout 4 is a great game, the mods are diverse and you can script a game how you like it. I can't actually choose between NV and 4 both are great games
I love how Fallout 4 gets so much hate but no one talks about how bad the open world is in Nv. You can be walking for 20 minutes and come across nothing of interest which makes the game become boring after awhile. That’s the biggest gripe I have with Nv
Yes Needs Mods to add NPC's, but it is Mostly Desert ... Also Powder Ganger's, the Legion, House, Vegas Families, NCR are Cannon Fodder, after a certain level, and Times Played, cause you know were the good weapons & Armor are, getting to them is the trick ..
Play until you get bored, and by the mods I spotted in this video, it happens very often..doesn't it? I'm the same with these games, the base game becomes so boring I have to download mods to make it fun, or even mods that add it new quests! (My favorite is the Psycho mod: starts the beginning off with the masked man staring in the bedroom of your son watching you play with Shaun, and then the quest starts!)
Pick up your cross and follow Jesus! The world is quickly headed for destruction, and sooner or later you will have to sit at the judgement seat and give an account for your actions. Belief in messiah alone is not enough to grant you salvation - Matthew 7:21-23, John 3:3, John 3:36 (ESV is the best translation for John 3:36). Call on the name of Jesus and pray for Him to intervene in your life! - Revelation 3:20. Contemplate how the Roman Empire fulfilled the role of the beast from the sea in Revelation 13. Revelation 17 confirms that it is in fact Rome. From this we can conclude that A) Jesus is the Son of God and can predict the future or make it happen, B) The world leaders/nations/governments etc have been conspiring together for the last 3000+ years going back to Babylon and before, C) History as we know it is fake. You don't really need to speculate once you start a relationship with God tho. Can't get a response from God? Fasting can help increase your perception and prayer can help initiate events. God will ignore you if your prayer does not align with His purpose (James 4:3) or if you are approaching Him when "unclean" (Isaiah 1:15, Isaiah 59:2, Micah 3:4). Stop eating food sacrificed to idols (McDonald's, Wendy's etc) stop glorifying yourself on social media or making other images of yourself (Second Commandment), stop gossiping about other people, stop watching obscene content etc and you should get a response. Have a blessed day!
New vegas is mt fave. But 4 was my first one i ever played and re played multiple times. I love them both so much for different reasons. I still go back to play both
Vanilla Fallout 4 with all the DLC's was damn good, but thx to modders they lifted to the top the Fallout 4 game. This game perfect in every way now..It's just neverending journey for me now. Ty Todd for the masterpiece in world of computer games.
Fallout 4 was my first Fallout but I have played other Fallouts since then and I couldn't really connect with them. I felt whilst playing the FO4 campaign I really connected with the characters and felt immersed. I will never forget when me and my little brother got the game each for Christmas and we were both discovering the story together. I have never played such a great story.
Fallout 4 literally brought me back into gaming. I took the PS3/360 generation off, thought I'd honestly grown out of video games....but then one day I got a glance at this game and I immediately went out to get a PS4...now I've ripped through FO4, Skyrim and am currently preparing to go through New Vegas and Morrowind. I didn't even realize how screwed up the bugs and glitches were at first. I was just amazed at what FO4 showed me that new games were capable of, even if this one didn't always deliver.

I really loved the settlement building in Fo4 and with the vast amount of mods there is a lot of content to find.
I am really looking forward to the Fallout 4: New Vegas and Fallout 4: London mod.
Yup. Very fun. Don't use the camp site mode to build a settlement anywhere. It's useless.
I have 1000 hours in fallout 4 and I still find shit I never explored
Honestly, the worst part of Fallout 4 is the fact that it is set in Boston
You can't name one good thing about Boston and Bostoners
What tha fack did you say bout my city ayshole?
I'm actually from the south
red sox and beans, there i named two
It's cleaner than nyc and I'm from nyc
Fallout 4 secretly just takes place in present day Boston
@@ymirtheymir2403 try again
These Fallout vids seems to get a lot of traction and rightfully so, reckon you should make a vid on New Vegas or 3 sometime in the future :)
4 has always been my favorite because its the one that got me into the series, glad to see other people enjoying it still
Same, started with 4 so its my favourite out of them all. NV is fun, 3 is okay.
Same here
Having modest pelican vibes of this guy you got my sub anyway my man keep it up
Thanks for the sub!
fallout4 was my first fallout game. to this day, it's my favorite game ever. i got it on every platform! i've tried playing new vegas and fo3, but i can't seem to get into them. i can't seem to stand more than a couple hours of them.
Vivid Fallout, True Storms, and NPC's travel more or less turned this into the fallout game I always wanted.
4:15 well hell, I guess I *better* like this video.
Good stuff! Makes the work day a breeze!
F4 is awesome. Played like 100x times.
That NHS rant was too accurate
This is exactly how I feel about 76 I'm glad someone said it, and worded it exquisitely. Thank you sir, I needed this
Same here. I hope one day they could do a separate offline mode. Just add more A.I and you could probably make it seem like they are other players. I would love that. West Virginia has such a nice world space too.
I don't like it but I'm not out here telling people what they should or shouldn't like its a god damn video game idk why people care so much
Found this golden chanel at 8pm and im still watching at 2am, please upload more, you are mad funny!
Damn that's crazy thank you!
Subscribed when you slam dunked that child into a crowd of gorilla's. Quality content.
I agree with your thoughts on FO4, Right now im doing a playthrough as Ishmael Ashur.
Very cool idea
Our king is back we will have a feast in honor of John 🙌
"wasteland version of grimsby" pretty much hits the nail on the head
This intro, alone, has earned my subscription. Beautiful.
I'm dying of laughter after the first 45 seconds of this video.
That reason I shall subscribe to you now.
I love the Fallout franchise, it's honestly in my opinion one of the best franchises in the world. I just love the lore, the weapons, the concept and the settlement building (and the mods). There is so much to do, so much information from each game. I don't know where I am going with this, but it's just a really good franchise.
Youre the British knockoff version of Modest Pelican and i love it. Subscribed!
The best version right now is on the series X
Fr, especially when you’re playing survival. Sometimes I be on a main story mission which usually takes me 30-40 mins. I get near a couple of places and game just crashes. It’s annoying but still fun.
@@byronrudolph3139 yeah, for that reason alone fallout 4 is utterly unplayable for me on survival mode. Which sucks, because I like some of the features for that. But I can’t play that game and have a good time without saves. I feel like for a game as buggy as that, saves and fast travel should still be an option
Brilliant, love your commentary style 👍
Fallout 4 made me realize how much i prefer the voiceless protagonist, cause every time i made a new character it just felt like i was making the same guy but with a few adjustments and you cant put a voice to your protagonist in your head like you can in vegas, just a nitpick
me too man
Takes about 300 hours but I do every single side quest including dlc before story quest.
Exactly, that Elijah Whatever youtuber makes me roll my eyes every time stumble upon his contents, shit on FO4 sure sounds fun at first, but got old really quick.
This is a game I spend like 10 hours modding and then playing for some 2 hours and quitting just to return install more mods and removing useless ones and them playing 3 hours and….
bro your intro just earned you a sub the besttttt
video was absolutely brilliant! keep it up bro
I just 100% fallout 3 new Vegas and 4 in the last 6 months and I can say easily. 4 is the best game by far Anyone that says other wise hasn’t played the older ones recently.
The fallout videos will never get boring
Fallout 4 holds a dear place in my heart and I think it always will it was one of the first games of that genre I ever played and it opened up a whole new world of gaming for me. Definitely my #1 game of all time.
I love fallout 4. Having my current home put into a massive video game is crazy to me
"Better accuracy then a bullied American high school student"
10/10 man that fuckin got me good
"Some Bad parts" LOL this roleplaying game is not even allowing basic roleplaying
that into speech was perfect
Loved your thumbnail and intro
6:27 ABSOLUTELY KILLED ME
Love Take the Castle General armor and everything BOS.
you can actually jump onto the uss constitution while it departs and its the coolest thing ever
hell yeah buddy, thinking that FO4 came out 2500 days ago is a huge mindfuck for me, considering how much I looked forward to its launch. i have yet to be nearly as excited about any title since this one... tho i do spend quite a lot of time in 76 to this day.
The intro was a 10/10
Can’t believe this guy is still mad we borrowed the boat and never came back
No wonder he says he likes Fo4... he plays with mods.
People play it without mods?
How do you not have a shit tonne of subs yet. So good.
Mods make this game endlessly replayable
This reminds me of a Modest Pelican video
"It's basically the wasteland version of Grimsby" - I'm from there, made me chuckle 🤣
Health insurance?
So, like a good neighbor....
I will forever love this game none of the games I’ve played ever came close to this one I love building and survival RPGS and apocalypse games
The Audible transition... smooth
Great intro man, it was my introduction to your channel too xD
Thank you finally someone understands that while a game may not be perfect it can still be enjoyable. I have over 600H in fallout 4 and i still love it.
House of cards reference str8 brutal 😂😂😂
The audible joke cracked me up something different 😂
The fact you liked my comment at 4am shows you care about your fans, and it convinced me to subscribe, thanks for the good content bro and don't forget to get some sleep lmao (also a Brit boi)
Best first 30 seconds of a video I've seen. Spitting facts. Hooked me.
voiy is an s tier underground RUclipsr
fallout 4 is a great game, the mods are diverse and you can script a game how you like it.
"Wasteland version of Grimsby!" - Spat my coffee out and subscribed!
Love the intro. 1 new subscription. Lol
Great sence of humor.
Keep up the good fight against the brotherhood dude.
Love ur content, and how u talk in each video, hope u get famous soon
Fallout 4 with the SIM settlements mod is amazing to create actual city's
Fallout 4 was my first Fallout but I have played other Fallouts since then and I couldn't really connect with them. I felt whilst playing the FO4 campaign I really connected with the characters and felt immersed. I will never forget when me and my little brother got the game each for Christmas and we were both discovering the story together. I have never played such a great story.
Play some more games then
@@danielwyatt1104 I meant Fallout games. Just added that in. Trust me I have enough games 😂
Build a settlement! Nice video
I will!
fallout 4 takes place an hour from me so it really hits close to home
Fallout 4 literally brought me back into gaming. I took the PS3/360 generation off, thought I'd honestly grown out of video games....but then one day I got a glance at this game and I immediately went out to get a PS4...now I've ripped through FO4, Skyrim and am currently preparing to go through New Vegas and Morrowind.
I didn't even realize how screwed up the bugs and glitches were at first. I was just amazed at what FO4 showed me that new games were capable of, even if this one didn't always deliver.
