@@techies365 Thanks for response, I used xeonbd VPS @400tk per month, I discontinue their vps coz, their Internet speed is slow, average 10mbps, after evening most of the time 4-5Mbps, sometimes got maximum 20mbps, I don't like their speed. I used those VPS only for web browsing, If you share Begalhost VPS with me, your cost will be half, and me too, Again thanks for your response

Why you didn't select FTPS ? but using FTP with secure encryption ?

only works locally! from the server itself. Something is missing that cannot be accessed from outside the server.
Make sure you have opened passive ports.

If you search Google or maybe try to replicate same setup from another VM.
You can check public IP visiting ifconfig.me

Just disable the Default site.
