Majority is skipping her mostly for Arlecchino but probably also cuz of geo, or the fact she isn't as universal as Albedo unless u have C1 iirc. Me personally I honestly have no if I'll ever pull her fr, even if it might improve my dps Albedo.
I believe the easiest place to get huge hits is the Wanderer weekly boss, but, well, that's just in the last bit if you stop his insta-kill attack. And I guess that's what you used in the end. And biggest buff combo would be Furina + Benny and then probably Zhongli in Tenancity as her geo partner.
If you need her to do more damage then you need Nighttime whisperer Hourglass DEF% Goblet GEO% / ATK% Circlet CRR% / CRD% / ATK% ( IF USING GEO goblet% ) Weapon, if weapon has CRD% then go for CRR% /ATK% goblet, but if using weapon with DEF% then better using CRR/CRD circlet

The only exception about underrated characters getting skipped by majority is Yoimiya. Loved her since 2.0. Sadly i just can't justify Chiori's existence as of now since she's almost like a filler character in Fontaine, and had Albedo since 1.2. Loved her uncommon personality btw.

Nobody remotely informed thinks she's bad. While she's gorgeous and her dmg is solid, her kit and animations are underwhelming to say the least. She doesn't offer anything new or exciting in terms of gameplay, team building or versatility. Most people don't like Geo to begin with so being decent isn't enough. Pull for her if you like but she's not the sort of units that'll boost your account in a significantly meaningful way.
this patch man...was kinda rough for me...started around with 150k premogems... now have around 50k left. im geo main...yes she is doing more dmg than my built albedo...but i really don't like using chiori in my rotation and i lost 50 50 on her and lost all 50 50s on her weapon as well. i got 2 red horn itto swords. 311 pulls. how i lost the rest of the premo gems when i have c0 chiori and r1 weap? well my c2 itto...is now c6 r2. 6/7 ittos....i lost the 50 50s :U got so unlucky... 6 dupes of itto i lost 50 50!!!!!!!!!! wtf only won his 50 50 once that was his c4 but i did got 5 star early but lost 50 50 -_- 340 pulls. this patch 651 summons that is around 100k primogems. new geo team stills bad tbh but still able to 36 star the first side of this abyss just fine. the disappointment in c6 itto is he feels like a c2 or c3 of the new characters. dang powercreep. chiori sub dps off field might do more for the team then a future 5 star geo support(not gorou that is a 4star) i would rather get constellations for them instead of chiori. i like seeing big numbers and not split dmg where my itto does 60k-80k dmg while chiori is doing 30k or 60k(x2 dolls) or cordinated attacks 80k ish
Tbh I only want characters with these 3 qualities, good damage, fun playstyle and maybe a good element. Arlecchino kinda fits them, But not for chiori bc of her element soooooo gotta skip her :(

she does a little more damage than albedo with only 1 doll but yeah she's only worth pulling if you want your itto team to be better
