Jeeps are ALWAYS at the top of the list for unreliability and mechanical problems. I knew an independent mechanic who had worked at a Chrysler dealer for 20 years and he told me that he could work 24/7 if he wanted doing nothing but repairing Jeeps.
Another car I owned was a Dodge Omni. Ralph Nader called it a piece of junk. Well...I had it 10 years and had no problems with it at all. Four-on-the-floor, heater and radio. That was it. That little car just kept going and going.
JLR mostly Chinese manufactured but with a Jag or Land Rover motif on the parts to fool you into thinking they are quality made in UK or Germany and then a MASSIVE mark up on the parts, which they have calculated will fail so dealers can make a big profit.
You mentioned the Ford F150 as an iconic ute in the world no there not they aren't an iconic ute in Australia there are so many utes to pick from and only one Lexus in the list amd plenty of American cars in this list and that people mover we don't get them in Australia but we get five different people movers from Toyota although all JDMs and obviously we have to wait 25 years to get them seen a couple for sale with 10 and 15 kilometres on them and tbey are 2024 year models as usual Europe can't build a reliable vehicle also no mention of Suzuki and l know you don't get them in the USA but we get them in Australia and our Suzuki Baleno has done just over 50000 miles and not one problem with the Baleno at all nothing look at that Suzuki is a reliable brand better than any mini VW Volvo even a Lexus is 250 for one year

The CVT should be called the cbt continuously breaking transmission
None of these vehicles will last as long as my 2007 Ford Focus

Don't worry, I wouldn't buy any of these
You can't expect to turbocharge a cylinder engine and get reliability
Wrong.
