Wow, Definitely must earn close to six figures ..beautiful place, very secluded ,quiet, peaceful, clean, beautiful view of the sunset, I live in New York City all my life and I never heard of this section of the Queens. I’m working very hard to open up my own business and I become a millionaire. I’m definitely moving here. I don’t have to move out the state of New York. I’ll come right here❤ This place is a hidden gem for sure.💎
Not close to 6 figures. 6 figures or more.
Beautiful indeed! All the best to you. You will be the next NY Millionaire 😊. Don’t forget to post you made it to Malba 👍🏽💐
lol no way! Not 6 figures - more like total annual comp of low 7 figures
I'm going to hit the lottery and move back to my home Queen's New York
Just move back. Queens is basically middle class anyway for the most part. Queens is beautiful.
euge, where....to Jackson Heights?
How’s the plan coming along?
It’s a bit tacky and dated but you do you
Me too!! 😊😅
I'm from Queens and never heard of this neighborhood. Wow.
How can you be from Queens and never Heard of Malba ?? If you drove the Whitestone Bridge, It was right beneath you LOL Between Whitestone and College Point lol
@raymondrocco8607 I'm from St. Albans. All day. Never heard of it. I'll be back in August for a visit. Imma make it my business to slide thru there. Peace
How could you do you make 2 million a year😂😂
@@thebronx-kr9ns indeed
This reminds me of Jamaica Estates.
Another fantastic revelation about the neighborhoods of NYC. I loved the gorgeous architecture of the various homes, from very modern to much more traditional European style structures. Thank you, Sifat.
Those dudes on their bikes messed that neighborhood. I'd bet you don't even know your neighbor.
@@eddieBoxer yeah whole thing was totally peaceful except the dudes on the bike and then that one noisy household where you could hear the whole family .
Look who the cops side with knowing damn well cops in certain areas are corrupt .
Look how Gen X could not parent their child because the boomers wanted a redo and said their child are not responsible when they raise them remember that . and they had no one interfering .
Where they are now trying to give their grand children the upper hand to have the grandchildren rule over Gen X parents too .
That is why they past grandparents rights after they stepped on my rights in 1999 .
Omg! Lived on long Island all of my life, never heard of Malba. Beautiful. Puts the north shore to shame! Thanks for sharing!
My sister lives in queens ,I just told her why in the world haven't I seen this area in queens omg so beautiful!
I have lived in Queens most of my life and I have heard of Malba before. I have always wanted to live in that area and dreamed of purchasing a property there. The northeastern part of Queens is particularly beautiful and interesting especially Malba, Whitestone, College Point, Bayside, Beechhurst, Douglaston, and Little Neck. I used to be ashamed of being a Queens native and I would say that I’m from Brooklyn, which is true too but all the neighborhoods in New York City have so many beautiful jewels of places to live, work and play. If I had the money, I would definitely consider coming back and living in the area. Long Island is nice too but I think that it is worth being closer to the city.
“If you had money, you would definitely consider coming back”. Money is limiting your opportunity to live in this kind of neighborhood. Let your dreams become a reality.
Yes I don’t think I’ve ever heard it called Malba.
I’ve never wanted to be from Brooklyn Duke 😂 shouts to Jamaica and saint albans
You must be making it at least 4 or 5 million a year to live in that neighborhood
@@thebronx-kr9ns No wonder people are leaving NY to go to Tennessee, Texas, NC, SC, and Georgia
There's so much more you can do with the money there than the NYC area.
Queens has at least 2 personalities; a more urban character in western neighborhoods like parts of Corona, Elmhurst, Jackson Heights, Woodside, LI City, etc, and a more suburban character as you go north and east, especially in the direction of the Nassau County line and the neighborhoods around JFK airport. I grew up in Jackson Heights and never knew neighborhoods like Malba existed.
My absolutely favorite part of Queens was Forest Hills and even more so Forest Hills Gardens. You enter a cobblestone town square under the arch of the LIRR and it feels like you're stepping into an English village. As a teenager and young adult I used to love to meander through it's curved lanes.
You mean Ghetto parts of Queens.
@@anymjohnson1729 You just had to ruin it.
Another beautiful neighborhood is Jamaica Estates. 1 million is not alot of money for a house.Especially so close to NYC.
Many parts of Jamaica are nasty. I went to catholic school in Jamaica estates. I'm sure it's still beautiful.
Even the western sides have many residential areas including Jackson heights. Typically, Queens is dense around subway stations and around the mini downtowns that use to be villages like Astoria, Flushing, Jamaica and even Far Rockaway by Mott Avenue, but if you are not around a subway or one of those mini downtowns typically you are in a residential area. This is why I like Queens a lot because it isn't densely packed everywhere except for the places that often require density such as the subway stations and the mini downtowns like Jamaica.
I have been currently living in NYC for 30 years and I've never even heard of this neighborhood.
so beautiful. Money is root of all happiness.
I was here last year driving through and was in awe with the absolutely beautiful neighborhoods and “suburbs” in Queens.
I love how quiet it is there ! Reminds me of a town called Hyon in Belgium. The greenery is so lush !
Oh my God, this is where I live, how do you know this place? Even belgians don't know about it lol
Queens is not highly regarded by many New Yorkers, but there's a lot of money there.
I have been in Queens my whole life and I can tell you these areas are very small areas. the average house in these areas is 1.2 to 2 million dollars. you go further south Queens, the prices drop to 700k to 600k, and even further southeast its probably around 500k . but you go from Upper class to middle class , to lower middle class, in just a few Miles.
Can we find one bedroom apartment in this area. And how much the rent is here?
@@letswatch1480 the average One Bed room in Queens is about 1800-2100. some places you can find some for 1500. but in nicer areas like this expect to pay 2k and up.
This is where former Mafia members and bosses lived. It’s a fact.
Never heard that about this area
Now it’s a different mob: Asian and middle eastern
I am not american and i have long known this is where. Those brutes had aboded
I would not like to live there
This. Neighborhood are very exclusive. The mofia . . )! Gotti Italian. Greek. I live in college point. Next to spacattle ! I know them very well..
What a beautiful neighborhood. I wonder who some of the home owners are that enjoy such lovely homes in this neighborhood.
Mafia from back in the day. So stay out.
This is one of most beautiful videos on RUclips. You took the video showing gorgeous homes, lots of lovely landscaping, flowers, trees, and that incredible sunset. The video is just so heavenly and relaxing. Thank you.
Never knew this town existed. It's spectacular ❤
those old caddies and lincolns belong to some retired "goodfellas" lololol 😂
Much money
Never knew Queens had beautiful neighborhoods lile these. Good job..🔥👏
Beautiful money and property taxes well😂
Looks like a lot of the older homes are being demolished and rebuilt. The landscape is beautiful.
Thank you for showing us that beautiful neighborhood in Queens 👍
Those are mansions. Its weird to see them so close to the curb like that lol. Houses that big typically sit back.
This is the most beautiful Suburb i have seen❤
Yes it’s beautiful
It’s located in NYC not a suburb.
Try Forest Hills!
The wonderful thing about this neighborhood is the quiet and luxury combined with NYC property taxes.
Except for the kids stuntin on dirt bikes 😣
@@LikeSpee where?? Not in this neighborhood
@@IngaHicks did you watch the video?! 😂
How many times I went to Queens & even lived there for a few days but I have never heard of Melba . An eye opener. Good neighborhood this Malba. thanks

New York the Beautiful.. I live in Long Island NY. They both are breath taking beautiful... Love NY!
I grew up there, went bike riding there so nice, there was a Whitestone pool,in the 1960s,I lived in college point
Hey there! I grew up in North flushing and would go to Whitestone pool too!
From L.A. I've never seen these types of views of N.Y. 👍👍
I am watching the first part that I missed. Thank you for all of the information you provided about the area. Just a beautiful walk, Sifat.
That was absolutely beautiful. I loved the architecture, the feel of the neighborhood and the gorgeous sunsets!
This looks like Hollywood! Have heard of Queens but never heard of today place. Looks like paradise.
Thank you for this immersive video! Enjoyed watching from anywhere around the world. 😊
What a lovely neighborhood!😍I love the smaller Castle mansions w gates. Thanks for sharing.
I'm from Jamaica but I love America alot beautiful new York is the best 😉🇺🇲🇺🇲♥️♥️♥️♥️😍
Jamaica Queens??

@@victoriab.6910you will never be able to afford that neighborhood you just saw in Queens, but you will be able to live in the slums with the rest of us in New York😂😂 the only ones that live in those neighborhood is about 2% of New Yorkers
Dont be fooled by the plastic grass and tall houses NYC is meh and Jamaica is a tropical oasis you are lucky to live in one of the most beautiful areas in the world.
@@brainwashingdetergent4128NYC is amazing.
I love how crystal clear your show is!!!
Funny how the grass is always greener. I grew up in Queens, NYC and couldn't wait to leave. But I've always loved the desert, especially in the evening when the light changes and it becomes so peaceful.
@@shevetlevi2821 Yes the desert has its Magic, but I bet you lived in a part of Queens that was NOT as Nice as Malba is and so did I.
Man I always wanted to visit the west coast. I live in the bronx in a area that’s right across from the Whitestone bridge. I think third world countries having better living conditions than the bronx.
@@ichangedmyusernamebecausei2551 oh wow. 😢💔
Your know what nice is you showing us so many different parts of New York,,,Thanks
NYC is a beautiful city. It’s just expensive
Because you have to live in college point Whitestone olso you have to check in forest hills beautiful ❤️ house
Excellent channel, and video!! You have great knowledge about the neighborhood and who lives there .
Thanks for posting this 😀
Absolutely beautiful walking tours, thumbs up 👍
Good night from Papua New Guinea.
I enjoyed watching your contents. Beautiful sunset. I wish one day standing there witnessing the same sunset. ❤❤❤❤🎉.
May God bless you brother.
May Mother Earth continue to Bless you as well.
I loved it. My favorite thing to do is to go and walk in the nice neighborhood and look at the houses. ❤️👏
Wow! Never heard of this part of Queens. Beautiful homes! Massive!
Never knew there were “suburbs” with beautiful houses like this in NY. I know about the Hampton’s but this is news to me
Some of these people have incredible views from their homes .
I love that and all the wonderful greenery ...the gardens ... what a difference it makes in a neighborhood to see so many gardens ... and it really does make all the difference .
The architecture definitely says Greek or Lebanese. I’m Italian so I see a little of that too
That was a great video. Keep up the great work you are doing. The neighborhoods you showed on your video tour remind me of Todt Hill and Tottenville neighborhoods on Staten Island.
Ha! Love the greyhound at 3:38 Great video. Amazing area!
I always went past this neighborhood whenever I took the bus to the bronx. I always told myself that after I graduate college and get a good career, I’d buy a house around here or in a suburban neighborhood like this.
What bus did you take through here to the Bronx. I usually sightsee by means of the bus.
Beautiful neighborhood thank you ❤ NY is by far the most diverse population in the nation. Growing up on Long Island you have the best Chinese food, Italian, Greek diner's are the greatest place to go anytime day or night. Miss it been gone 20 yrs. Many non NYers don't know Queens and Brooklyn is on LI
Thank you so much for taking us all on this magnificent luxurious houses Malba and you’re on the right timing the Sunset are so lovely Again thanks a bunch I really Enjoyed it from the beginning to end you’ll done well! Beautiful! So interesting to learn about this neighborhood, I'd never heard of it! Great sunset time to film, thank you!
Hi interested
Thanks a lot for this great video, my friend!
Nice video! I’m the guy on the left at 34:22, didn’t recognize it was you lol
That was the part with the real noisy house , haha.
You live in that neighborhood ? If so consider yourself lucky as it is really cool .
@@gardensofthegodsAll these houses have attics, basements rented out, no one knows who the real owners are in NYC.
This neighborhood is beautiful and plush. I love it! No noise at all! Gorgeous homes! And I love the lake!
Yes all that greenery ...all those gardens makes such a difference in a neighborhood .
That “lake” is the East River.
Nice video. The bridge gives you a nice view, albeit a quick one. Gorgeous neighborhood
I use to sell life Insurance back in the Day I had a Ton of Business in that area surprisingly beautiful! Most of those houses were built in the last 15-20 yrs so there New
Sifat this is the first time I'm hearing about this place ... gorgeous 👍😍🇹🇹
I love the homes and the vintage cars! I was born NYC and lived there on and off as an adult but never heard of this area. I had relatives that lived in Whitestone. Best kept secret. Just lovely.
At 4:30, that turn lead to a majestic view of wonderful colors.
I didn't know a single good looking place in Queens until this video. Thanks for sharing.
Wow, never heard of this neighborhood! It's beautiful!
Nice to see all details on the big houses & the black iron fences looks nice.
I don't believe there is another city in America with as much waterfront property as the NYC metro area.
scary times to live near big bodies of water
Great video! Really like you showing less known part of NY. We are tired of Time Square. AT NIGHT. ON RAIN!.
Beautiful scenes , thank you 😊
Something is strange or uncanny about this area! Don't know the exact cause, but there is a very odd feeling repeatedly occurred . Nice, beautiful, elegant, stylish homes. There are many cars. But not a single human being except vlogger! Is it not a noticeable thing?
Yeah this just means most are inside their Cozy homes enjoying hot chocolate with movies or a show. Others probably having a backyard bbq living life.
@@jdos5643 Exactly! They have no need to rush out of their homes when they basically have everything they want or need right where they are.
There were a few people walking their dogs , kids driving motorcycles and people at the lake . Looks like a nice , cozy , quiet town, you don’t have people shouting in the streets at all hours of the day n night.
@@supernova7848 It's fine that, you have expressed your thought. But I have just expressed, whatever my feelings during watching the video. And I still firmly conform what was my feeling at that time. No issue. Have a nice time. 👍
@@supernova7848 yep , peaceful neighborhood with good landscaping almost always a sign of a great place to live .

Absolutely beautiful neighborhood! Thank you for the video! :))
My favorite neighborhood in the entire country, even more than Beverly Hills.
I could show you one more incredible across the water in NJ. Probably more expensive too!
@@stj971 I live in NJ. I doubt that neighborhood has this same style. What town? BTW, yes there are definitely more expensive areas, I live near some, but the houses don't look nearly as nice as Malba IMO.
Thank you very much for this beautiful video ❤
Thanks for the video
I love the keeping with tradition. You don't see a bunch of solar panels draping the rooftops.
Sifat!! This was a revelation.....such beauty presented so contemplatively.
And the ending - with the dreamy music after the silent urban riverscape: wow!
This neighborhood reminds me a tiny bit of Sea Cliff in San Francisco and also Alameda, another water rimming community in the Bay Area - coincidentally with a healthy Greek population I think.
Actually most of those detached houses in the video were originally built to look like specific English house's 🏴 Just the same as some house's in Forrest Hills, also in Queens were 👌🏾

Very impressive... I don't remember any RUclipsr covering this very, and I mean "VERY exclusive" neighborhood👍
This is nice all the lush green manicured grass is nice
just one of so many upscale neighborhoods in this part of the country. Its easy to forget, but videos like this remind me of just how staggeringly wealthy America is. And you can tell by the parked cars-heavy mob area.

Love the cars!
Nice Mob and Diner owners Truly Kings of Queens Winter view are just as beautiful
I was thinking same when he said Greeks!
It is chic , fabulous 😊
One of the richest neighborhood in New York city . Most people can't afford an area like this
what kind of people can afford a property there? how are the people who live in the neighborhood like?
@@gengchun959 people that work and build wealth and keep working for them and new generations.

Those mansions are considered modern-day “palaces”
There front lawns are beautiful
I never knew this other side of New York! thanks man i appreciate it!
This is sooo beautiful.
I’m sure many real NYers watching this video feared for your safety walking around this safe neighborhood taking video of people’s streets and homes, lol.
This is a beautiful place. I would want to live here.
Well I like the Victorian queen Ann style architecture design homes that was cool each one had a different style so cool thank you 🙏 for sharing
Beautiful Video , my brother still lives in White stone area
This looks wonderful
Some of the homes the architecture. Reminds me of the upscale homes in San Francisco California.
I think Malba is 24% Asian, 50% white, 20% Hispanic, and 2% black, with 4% “other”. The white is mostly Italian, Jewish, and some Russian and Iranian. Not sure about the Greeks and Lebanese there... that spot where you stopped for the sunset view is spectacular. The little community beach and grassy strip is delightful.
Iranians are not white,I think it's either Asian or middle east

@@johncbny Thanks, I get it from Google the other day.
11357. I used to deliver mail there in the 1980's. It actually belongs to Whitestone. It's a town(malba)in a town(Whitestone)🤭I was a PTF in those days, I had the great opportunity to do this route for a week. I was thrilled!!! I felt like I was following the yellow brick road!
What’s the price? Grew up there and never heard of it, the outskirts were never known and quiet, if not abandoned. Queens is a giant residential and mixing pot, I would say Flushing…etc are better known.
Magical sunset and absolutely beautiful gardens thanks Sifat🌷🌲💜🌱
This is so Awesome
Malba, queens
And Whitestone
Probably one of the nicest if not the best area in queens
I used to live in Jamaica / Flushing Border at Union Turnpike & Fresh Meadows 25 years back
I have always been in awe of this area when coming across the Whitestone Bridge into Queens I knew these homes are well over a million dollars, I had the opportunity several years ago to enter one of these homes newly constructed and up for sale of course no power yet, home was empty that was fine I wanted to see layout and fixtures, homes were nice, however, I was basically disappointed I believe once sold homeowners do various upgrades that you wouldn't see unless home placed up for sale. However, I am a Lookie Lu longing to see how those with money actually live.👀
Thank you! Beautiful! Houses! I wish I have one of them 😊
Gorgeous Indeed, thank you kindly!
