Instead of us watching it, it is watching us. Powerful words. Don’t overthink things because we tend to Exaggerates things
Hey Gabriel, sounds like you're doing a lot of good things to keep your mind healthy. I steer clear of conspiracy stuff nowadays, I went down the rabbit hole with 9/11 and JFK. You can get into a very dark and discouraged state of mind. I've had the television thing, I had episodes where I thought the people on TV were passing coded messages to each other about me, only Live TV though. My main issue is thought broadcasting, thinking people can read my thoughts. It's not mere suspicion though, I have had many many occasions where I heard people in public places commenting on my thoughts. I'm diagnosed with Delusional Disorder, rather than schizophrenia.
Clozapine is a great med. My daughter is on clozapine. She has been on it for about 4 years. She has never had to go back to the hospital since. I pray for you. God bless you. You really are a warrior. 💪🙏🏻🙌❤️
I love ur channel i relate so much, i thought ppl were after me i thought they had access to my phone i kept switching phones thinking they would get my new number from my friend and families phones

Great video. I have had really bad social anxiety and can relate to some of what you said like feeling very exposed, avoiding eye contact and feeling like people are watching me. I'm curious what your dreams are like positive/negative/vivid before or during your psychosis and now. Good work
