So much hate for Liam but I really liked him. He was kind of an idiot, considering what he does and he tends to rub the other crew the wrong way but I just like how supportive he is. He's like a cheerleader and it helps to have someone like that when everyone else is doubting you. That said, my playthru with Scott.... he's romancing Vetra and they're adorable. But it's frustrating how little interaction you can have with the romances outside of their cutscenes.

WickedLady2010 Kaiden wasn't even that bad as Liam. I actually liked Kaiden. He just has trust issues cause of who you worked for.
Timothy 1395 I think that what broke Kaiden for many people was his horrible loyalty mission. Just didn't fit the character at all and it was boring. It was a huge plot hole too... Like.. The people were stranded on that planet for like 5 years or so yet they had mechs which (according to the Codex) became popular only after ME1.
Gaven Maule I recently only beat it once with Kaiden. I'll have to do the next one with Ashley to see what you mean. I can't believe after that talk on ME 1 she still distrusts other races.

Ashley isn't racist. "Speciest" maybe, but that isn't even a real term. And if you actualy pay attention to what she's saying it makes sense. Why the fuck would you put any other species before fellow Humans?
The reason racism is taboo amongst Humans is because there's little to none scientific evidence to back up any claims that one race is superior to another. That's not the case with alien lifeforms. Krogans for example ARE more violent than Humans, that's a fact.
You only dislike Ashley because you apply your own Human logic to non-Humans

Considering Vetra's sex scene was rumoured to have been cut (if the leaked audio is anything to go by) then it's a good chance Liam's did as well

I feel like starting his romance after you've disagreed with him about Verand is interesting. This game harbors so little conflict, its nice you can put him in his place at some point after his loyalty.
