I'm really excited to see people building decks with Loki where he's not the sole focus. I think the idea of building a deck that does its own thing, then Lokis if it draws poorly is really interesting.
My collection level is only around the end of pool 2 right now and this is the kind of deck I've built, though I'm sure it could be further optimized. I don't even have The Collector yet and the deck still performs great. The difference between what you described and my deck though is basically if I open Loki or draw him before/on turn 3, I pretty much always play him unless my hand is broken. I run cards like Agent 13, Mantis, Cable, Sentinel, and White Queen to keep my hand saturated both for Loki's sake and also for Devil Dinosaur's sake, which is a big win condition. I opted to run White Queen over Moon Girl because without The Collector she feels too weak and reliant on Devil Dino, and didn't wanna run both because I wanted a Shang-Chi slot. Anyways besides that I run Sunspot, Angela because of all the low cost cards, Iron-Man, and Chavez for consistency. It never really feels like a huge problem if I don't ever draw Loki because Iron-Man+Devil Dino pretty much guarantees me a lane if I need it to

Yooo I was part of the intro 😂from 00:46-0:54. Glad I got the small cameo. I had instant regret when i saw the second collector cause I had an absman that could've re-triggered the shang chi. And putting the kitty right I would've won the left with the +3 from baxter building 14-15. It was fun, great content as always!!
I can see Loki turning into a 3-3 later. For what he does, to have him at a 3-5 is too much. But as for now, let’s all enjoy the Master of Marvel Snap.
nah i can even see him at 3-0, the value is too much and there needs to be a minimum 1 cost clause too like other cards. it's crazy for second dinner to not put that clause when they themselves stress that having 0 cost cards is not healthy for the game.

It’s been hilarious how often Triskelion has popped on turn three when I had Loki in hand. Been a great feeling when people snap early and I then dominate with their own cards.
Lucky you. I keep getting it turn 1 or 2, locking up my hand before i even get Loki or Collector. They need to calm down with Triskelion every other match.

Such a fun deck to play. I played you and I believe Ben Brode back to back today. Ben pulled off a Angela into a Hulk Buster followed by a Shuri combo .. that was enough for me. You ended up retreating because I snapped to late in the game lol 😂 .. cool that I got to play you both.
Digging your videos so far! I just started the game last week and I’m finishing up Pool 2 cards now. Is there a way I can build a decent deck with Loki at this stage in the game?
Sentinel, Moon Girl, and Devil Dino are great cards for an early pools Loki build. You want your hand full at all times so you can freely activate Loki anytime you want/when it's most advantageous for you. And obviously, Collector is the undisputed #1 best friend of the trickster.

I'm having so much fun with Loki man I'm loving the card! Today I played against a destroy deck and I unleashed knull and death at the last turn while my opponent couldn't it was awesome
I was so bummed about getting Snow Guard as a random Series 5 drop (my only 2 Series 5 drops have been Bast and Snow Guard, and Bast dropped to S4 a week later) but after this change I'm so glad to have her for Loki and Collector
She's not really particularly good with loki, I mean not better with him than with anyone else. Now that they changed how it works it's just overall better but the combo loki collector doesn't need snowguard, it's just a good tech card
Cozy, have you guys approached Second Dinner about a regular meeting or conference call to let contact creators ask questions about how a card functions prior to its release. What I mean specifically is giving contact creators the opportunity to ask questions like, “I assume Loki works the way we would expect with Collector?” Or “What is the under the hood interaction between Quinjet and Loki?” Get in contact creators an extra week to simply understand the rules of the card gives them time to not just brew decks, but create content that would help regular players understand how the card is going to work.
I've been using him with Collector, Thanos, Mirage, Odin, and SnowGuard for MVP helped me in a TVA match where I played Hawk Turn 3 and Turn 4 5 and 6 dominated the opponent with 3 Collectors
I have a variation of the "Agents of Loki" deck. I have Kitty, Quinjet, Angela, Collector, Jeff, Maria Hill, Sentinel, Cosmo, Coulson, Loki, Shang-Chi, and Devil Dino. I had Nick Fury in my deck, but I swapped him for Shang. I'm at 95 games played. 73.7% win rate, +124 net cubes.

I totally agree. Went from 73 to 93 in like two hours with a mix between the Good Stats and Destroy deck. Swapped to a Loki deck for the final climb and got to infinite with like a 70% winrate. Loki and Quinjet is so insane. Although I highly think Loki has a nerf incoming. He's just way too powerful at 3 cost and 5 power.
This season Snap has become P2W. Seeing A LOT of comments saying how "easily" they've climbed ranks with Loki, yet he *isn’t* OP? His stat line is on the high end of 3 costs (only bettered by Black Cat, Maximus and Sword Master, ALL of which have negatives, which Loki certainly does not), he comes with an inbuilt Sera, stacks with Quinjet and allows zero costs (which was why Quinjet got nerfed with his stones interaction) AND buffs a 2 cost to insane levels. Speaking of...The Collector. A 2-2 similar to Angela and Morbius in that he gains power with specific criteria. You have to work SO hard to build those cards to anywhere near the power of a Loki Collector, AND they are 0 power compared to his 2? Counters - Shang Chi can take out the Collector, but theres likely to be a board flooded with power already after the cost reduction. Shadow King, again, only really hitting the grey haired fella. Cosmo, massive gamble as it's also a 3 drop, and as many Loki players are waiting turn 4/5, easily dodged. Seeing as Baldurs Gate and Starfield have dropped recently on consoles, my digital funds are otherwise AWOL. So, until MMM comes out, I'll be avoiding Snap, as Loki is my new Galactus (seeing him way too often) and for all the fun he seems to be to play, he is NO fun to play against. Enjoy guys!
Man Loki decks are all I'm going up against. Its straight up mirror matches. Been playing a junk deck and its been working pretty well because by the time the opponent has my cards they already have limited locations, which really screws them up. And I keep Killmonger in my back pocket, sometimes he is the perfect turn 5 play because it frees locations for me as well to double down with either an Aero or Spider-Woman. Its the non-toxic/non-luke cage Junk deck, I didn't make it. Unfortunately there isn't enough Junk based cards (for now) to make a unique deck of my own. I suppose I could swap out Aero and Spider-Woman but they seem to work best. Ironically I had 2 games where the opponent threw down a Super Skrull and snapped against me expecting a Luke Cage - Hazmat finale.. and I have zero ongoing cards so they helped me out by basically putting a junk 2 power in a spot. One game someone sent over my Goblin that they got from Loki, I Killmonger'ed the rocks and on turn 6 sent it right back at him. with Viper. Unfortunately with Loki running rampant, a lot of decks are vulnerable because the opponent can basically outpace you very easily. In my opinion Loki is a lot like Mr Negative in that sense. If he hits when he is supposed to, they can start slamming cards down as if energy isn't a problem. Hate to say it, but I think High Evolutionary is probably the best match-up because Loki can't replicate the abilities High Evo gives your non powered cards at the beginning of the game. If Loki becomes too annoying, I may just have to pull that card out and dust him off, even though I don't really enjoy play big bads (especially against them).
One card they can update to counter Loki or any card stealing card is to update the Watchers abilities. He keeps the ability to see zones but has an going on ability to "see all" and negates and card stealing abilities for both players. Making it on going let's the card be countered by rogue or enchant so it's not over powered...
I’m up 15 ranks from playing with him last night, nonstop wins with him and Collector 🔥 and the most fun I’ve had playing the game for variance ever, I got to out-Galactus a Galactus player with his own schtick 😂
I haven't played many games with Loki (maybe 6 matches) because I'm still missing a lot of good synergy cards. I see everyone having crazy plays and hands, yet I haven't been able to play him because I keep getting triskellion or the location that swaps hands on turn 6
I won't be surprised if they changed his ability. From cost reduction to Giving +2 power to the newly drawn cards. Cost reduction of 1 is really good but when you get -2 cost with the quin jet combo it makes unfair situations so easily.
I love to try playing the anti-meta game. This season is difficult and the deck is everywhere (so nerfs should be swift to save the, once healthy, Meta. I'm trying: Dr Octopus, Storm, Sentry + Viper, Atuma, Cosmo+ Mystique, Professor X (as you said) and Shang Chi all seem to help. I have put them all with Thanos, America Chavez and Psyloke.
hey Cozy... wssup.. not sure if you are going to read all this; however, just wanted to highlight a few things here... for the past few seasons, i have been checking out your videos as well as other content creators' and have been experimenting with the same decks; however, i must say that the results / outcomes are definitely not the same... It seems like only content creators can make it to infinite... LOL i have been playing Loki for the past couple of days now and have played over 200 matches so far... have experimented with many decks including the 3 which you have showcased here... i had a reset at 53 and have scaled up to 75 with these decks... but just can't seem to go past that... and have been see-sawing between 70-75... getting some insane matchups / locations, crazy mirror matches along with leeches, shangs, rouges/enchantresses (taking away qinjet)... some of them even felt like bugs... LOL... Loki is definitely the most enjoyable card i have played snap with and has been so far the funniest (loved) season; HOWEVER, CANT SEEM TO GET TO INFINTE THOUGH... sorry for the long message!!! happy snapping!!
Super Skrull was a sleeper for me that won a ton of times for me and isn't being highlighted by a lot of people. I dont run Dino or Zabu so I steal my opponents and usually get to double my Quinjet
Guys I know it is gonna sound insane but Agatha is nuts with Loki in conquest. I changed America chavez for Agatha in Cozy's Get help deck ( 12:45 ) and I have won like 7 consecutive matches.
any possible pool 2 deck i can make with loki? or pool 1 deck? can maybe go over something like that for the newer players starting who have bought the premium pass :D
I do hope Loki brings in new player, he's such a disruption that having him with collector automatically makes your deck an S tier list. it bypass high evolution deck, lockjaw deck, thanos deck, galactus deck, and destroy deck. this season battle pass seems like an entry for new comer, so they got a chance to have a competitive deck
I’ve been playing a loki collector deck and I find that when my opponents play black widow I get plus one on my collector and a free card to swap with loki. I guess I’ve been lucky with what I’ve been drawing but it’s never messed up my game
The point that i dont like about loki is that there is no skill involved. No matter which deck you choose to play, while you spent the turns building up your combo. The opponent fill their hand and don't care about the result. Then they do your combo faster and in reaction to your plays, while at the same time already having an angela and collector on the field. Literally no skill involved while laughing in the face of the opponent is not the way i want to play snap. SORRY😮💨

I think this is the untapped benefit of Loki. He’s a great play on turn 5 to just spew out a ton of power by playing a bunch of reduced cost cards.

Collecter devil dino and quinjet would help you a bunch if you have a full hand and put collector down play loki and you get six or seven cards back.

I've been playing loki with sera quinjet beast and hitmonkey plus hand full cards like sentry/cable to reasonable effect, plus discounts are fun :)

I haven't played many games with Loki (maybe 6 matches) because I'm still missing a lot of good synergy cards. I see everyone having crazy plays and hands, yet I haven't been able to play him because I keep getting triskellion or the location that swaps hands on turn 6

Cost reduction of 1 is really good but when you get -2 cost with the quin jet combo it makes unfair situations so easily.

"Get Help" Loki is soooo good. Iron Lad into Loki, draw Loki, play Loki. Climbed to infinite with it in about 3 hours.
I love to try playing the anti-meta game. This season is difficult and the deck is everywhere (so nerfs should be swift to save the, once healthy, Meta. I'm trying: Dr Octopus, Storm, Sentry + Viper, Atuma, Cosmo+ Mystique, Professor X (as you said) and Shang Chi all seem to help. I have put them all with Thanos, America Chavez and Psyloke.
Hmm maybe Baron Modo, Sandman and Ronan will be good? Perhaps Mojo could reliably give power?

not sure if you are going to read all this; however, just wanted to highlight a few things here...
for the past few seasons, i have been checking out your videos as well as other content creators' and have been experimenting with the same decks; however, i must say that the results / outcomes are definitely not the same... It seems like only content creators can make it to infinite... LOL
i have been playing Loki for the past couple of days now and have played over 200 matches so far... have experimented with many decks including the 3 which you have showcased here...
i had a reset at 53 and have scaled up to 75 with these decks... but just can't seem to go past that... and have been see-sawing between 70-75... getting some insane matchups / locations, crazy mirror matches along with leeches, shangs, rouges/enchantresses (taking away qinjet)... some of them even felt like bugs... LOL...
Loki is definitely the most enjoyable card i have played snap with and has been so far the funniest (loved) season; HOWEVER, CANT SEEM TO GET TO INFINTE THOUGH...

Super Skrull was a sleeper for me that won a ton of times for me and isn't being highlighted by a lot of people. I dont run Dino or Zabu so I steal my opponents and usually get to double my Quinjet

Guys I know it is gonna sound insane but Agatha is nuts with Loki in conquest. I changed America chavez for Agatha in Cozy's Get help deck ( 12:45 ) and I have won like 7 consecutive matches.
any possible pool 2 deck i can make with loki? or pool 1 deck? can maybe go over something like that for the newer players starting who have bought the premium pass :D

Knowing your opponent's hand is such a strong ability, the copy ability and 3-5 stats are just a bonus at this point

I do hope Loki brings in new player, he's such a disruption that having him with collector automatically makes your deck an S tier list. it bypass high evolution deck, lockjaw deck, thanos deck, galactus deck, and destroy deck. this season battle pass seems like an entry for new comer, so they got a chance to have a competitive deck

I’ve been playing a loki collector deck and I find that when my opponents play black widow I get plus one on my collector and a free card to swap with loki. I guess I’ve been lucky with what I’ve been drawing but it’s never messed up my game

Absolutely love the Loki card.
I think his main problem is being too cheap needs to be a 4 cost so you essentially only get 2 turns. Being 3 makes him way too flexible imo.
Yeah, super fun if you have him, but the experience is absolutely miserable if you don't. Not fun at all to play against.

The point that i dont like about loki is that there is no skill involved. No matter which deck you choose to play, while you spent the turns building up your combo. The opponent fill their hand and don't care about the result. Then they do your combo faster and in reaction to your plays, while at the same time already having an angela and collector on the field.
Literally no skill involved while laughing in the face of the opponent is not the way i want to play snap. SORRY😮💨

Actually, maybe just take the cost reduction off Loki and nerf Collector? That may help, a little?
Maybe dazzle since seems like everyone is filling the board? Could be a cool tech
How is Dazzler a tech card? She only counts locations that you fill, not locations filled by your opponent.
@ydgmdlu yeah and a lot of the games his board js full could be a 3/8 that's good stats
I honestly swear I remember also playing a game and having Sakaar put down cards. I think this patch might have bugged it.
