Japanese Consul General Calls 'Play Ball' as Ohtani Comes to Town

During Japan Community Night July 31, the Atlanta Braves invited Consul General Mio Maeda to make the "Play Ball" call to start the action at Truist Park. The Braves fell 4-1 to the Los Angeles Angels, whose Japanese sensation Shohei Ohtani provides a "window on Japanese culture" for baseball fans in the U.S., the consul general said.
