That's why I'm a huge fan of the Agents of Shield. It made me understand the motivations and actions of Hydra that weren't fully explained in the movies.
You have just earned my respect, and my subscription. Well researched, well documented, well done! Although, I must say that you missed a few things, but I’m sure they can be fixed in an updated version. I will continue to watch the other parts. If you eventually get to update this series (meaning post-Phase 3), please let us all know. I will surely share with my friends.

There is always some content, which can come AFTER doing videos like this. Even if in the comics is nothing about some period of time, the MCU can always add something new.
I know Hela is supposed to be the villain of Ragnarok, and she really is, no changing that, but I really despised Odin for what he did to her. He was basically the reason why Hela was that murderous in the first place. He went around enslaving other worlds to build Asgard's glory, and simply decided to become a peaceful ruler, thinking that would somehow be some sort of repentance for what they did. I don't know, that kind of act just seems so cowardly. It's a denial of the self. Proclaiming peace through actual, literal violence. Did he really think that a civilization built on blood and gold would end up prosperous and peaceful? Luckily enough, it didn't. I feel bad for the Asgardians as a whole, especially after Infinity War, but they had it coming.
Oh, I know. In the end, I kinda had a theory that Odin actually spared Surtur's life in the first conquest of Asgard, but in exchange, he'll be the one to actually initiate Ragnarok. Kind of like a contingency plan since he knew Hela would end up being released one day. Still, that adds a lot more sociopathy to his character.
A redemption that ended in adopting an Ice Giant baby Prince and raising him as God of Mischief, whose destiny was swinging in each side of good and evil throughout his adulthood, only to be finally loyal to his brother Thor at the fall of the Asgardians to Thanks the Mad Titan. A bleak redemption for your people if your ruler has a bastard whose people dies with him at the hands of his former employer.
It doesn't change the fact that Odin basically committed atrocities on a galactic scale, such as slavery. It was because of all that bloodshed that Asgard even rose to prominence in the first place, and yet Odin threw it all away after banishing Hela, and covering all of that history up, in Hela's words, with "goblet parties and peace treaties". It's that defecation of their history that makes Odin cowardly and deceptive, as he proclaimed that Asgard will be a peaceful rule even though that rule was made through blood and swords in the first place. And it's exactly because of that establishment of power in Asgard that secured its eventual downfall. And even other non-royal Asgardians like Valkyrie agree to this, saying that its all that gold and power that made Asgard decadent. Chaos and order work in balance and opposition, and as Asgard hoarded all of the control and power in the Nine Realms for itself, it would eventually turn around the tide, and in the words of Baron Mordo from Doctor Strange, the bill always comes due. Even if Odin tried to placate peace in the Nine Realms, nothing will change the fact that it was through hegemonic imperialism that he even rose to power in the first place. And look at them now. Scattered, burned, and broken. A fitting end for their people.
Oh, don't worry, I like the Asgardians. They're even more believable after the twist with Odin. How would a peace-keeping race end up being one of the most feared civilizations in the cosmos anyway? The system for Asgard's power is no different than kids in a playground. The one holding the bigger stick is automatically more feared than someone with a smaller stick. Asgard only became feared because THEY themselves were capable of far more horrible atrocities than any other civilization in the Nine Realms. Valkyrie, or whatever her true name is, is the ONLY remaining survivor of their group. She believed in the throne and she fought for it, and what did it cost her? Everything. Besides, if Thor, the heir to the throne of Asgard himself is asking help from a rogue Asgardian agent who is basically purposeless now, means that Asgard is in an even WORSE spot than before. "Redemption" is a subjective thing, and if the Asgardians were truly noble, they wouldn't be the scattering refugees they are now. It's evident that while some people think of them as holy saviors, but in the end, they weren't. In the words of Odin himself, "We are not gods." They're just like any other race in the universe. Imperfect, making mistakes, all for what they think is the better good. That's 10x more better than them simply being perfect protectors.
You forgot about Nemesis, Nemesis was a cosmic being that was basically a living infinity gauntlet, she was created when Loki and Sersi (Eternal) and the two merged together.
KEEP THIS IN MIND: every movie, when it comes out, is the date in which it happened in the MCU. For example, Avengers 1 is 2012 IRL and also MCU! they made a mistake with Spider-man, Feige admitted it. So just GOTG vol 2 is different: it takes place 4 months after GOTG 1 so in 2014! Agents of SHIELD is proof + Marvel Studios confirmed it
Guardians 2 is an exception. It was confirmed to take place a couple months after the first. And Captain Marvel will also be an exception seeing how it's set in the 90s. And I guess The First Avenger is also an exception for the most part. So not every movie, just most.

this is a perfect example of creativity of history told in millions of adaptations. Stan Lee was just a curious child and we thank him for it
As someone who hasn’t had much knowledge of the MCU other than the last two Avengers movies, this sounds more like seriously ancient history.

Ok I had no clue Hydra was this deep I thought it was just a Nazi ripoff, but no, it actually makes sense now

This is not the same hydra in the movies the hydra un the movies came to opose hitler and take over the world for themselfs
The even stated that in the captian america movie
I'm watching AoS now and I just got to the part where Simmons is swallowed by the Monolith. This is actually a pretty awesome show

glad you added A.O.S. Stuff and not just the movies
This makes me think we need more movies to explore the stuff based of Norse mythology like the nine realms and Hela and Odin in his prime.
