Phil's wife Susan here. I appreciate how you tied inn Ren's message of hope in "Troubles" to the message of hope in "Hi Ren". I am grateful that this song will help raise awareness of Myalgic Encephalomyelitis. Many people are suffering from this with little help. I hope Ren's song changes this.

Ren said to his ME/Chronic disease community (blogs/vlogs online) that if he ever crawled out of this sickness and got a platform he would fight for them. He is doing what he promised. Ren has been getting treatment at a holistic/natural medical treatment center for 1 1/2 yrs and will continue off and on for the foreseeable future (in Calgary, Canada.). He wants nothing to do with the medical complex either. His diet is all natural with only meat, some veggies, some herbs and water. So you both are in the same mindset. Nice reaction, thanks. 😊

While I get you ..Ren did try all that literally but his body was sick and he needed the treatment he got in the end ..he stated he tried everything possible for 8 years ..big pharma needs taken down but we do need good people like you say it took him 8 years to find one.
