Wow, this video has gotten way more views than ever before! Thanks for the support, more videos are to come
Update: what i mistaked to be the 2020 neuron turns out to be the 2019 canyon neuron. I’m sorry for any misinformation and thank you to the comments for letting me know

It is not the 2020 model - its the 2019 model. The 2020 alu model has the same frame design as the carbon version (reardamper placed different).

The way I understand it it's a hybrid model year. I think it's a 2019 frame with some component changes for the 2020 model year. I just ordered the 6.0 variant and it ships as a "19/20" on their documentation. It looks like the 2019 didn't have a 1x and came with a shimano drivetrain.

    High Quality Video:
My name is Cedric Clark and I’m a mountain bike enthusiast from Haleburg, Alabama. I’ve been biking for a long time, 16 years to be exact; I started when I was just 12 years old when I started getting into biking. I bought a GT I-Drive 2.0. Unfortunately, RUclips wasn’t around back then and so I wasn’t able to watch a handy unboxing video like this. I turned out that the bike did not come with the tools required to put it together, so it sat in my yard for months. Eventually I finally found the tools I needed and came back to it. Videos like this make it easy to find out if you’re going to have everything you need to get out on the trails and feel that amazing breeze. I now own a small bike shop in Haleburg and run a mountain biking group called the Rocky Riders with some members of the Haleburg community. I’ve been looking into a new bike and this one caught my eye, and sure enough, there was a RUclips video about it. I think it’s amazing the connectivity the World Wide Web brings us and how it can create online communities and friendships. I appreciate CSV Bike Life Calls and his commitment to the amazing art of mountain biking. It would be amazing if you could post some footage of this bike in action, I’d love to see what it can do.
    Sincerely, Cedric Clark

Cedric Clark I send my regards to Alabama and your club. It’s great to have support like this. Thanks you 🙃

This is not only knee slapping hilarious but is also technically the most solid unboxing video on you tube right now. As an avid you tuber I feel you resonate with the mass audience and speak to us mountain bikers on a level seldom attained. After viewing this, I plan to purchase all of my future wares off the world wide web ( some call it the internet) and unbox them to experience the joy you portray here. Keep the solid content coming. Like Cedric a member of the Rocky Riders - I am in a member of fellow bikers call the Redding Tweekers. We are a real happy bunch of riders that are honestly not that skillful but man do we have fun when we ride. Most of our members stick to town tweeking and biking but occasionally we venture out to the dirt single tracks. I am planning in sharing your content here with the group. I anticipate some Redding Tweekers will order boxed Canyon bikes and use the boxes for homes, shelters, fires starting materiel and what not as an added bonus. Stay true to your story - ever stalwart.

I've got the canyon neuron 6.0 2017. I've modified it a little bit but I must say, for an xc/trail bike with 120mm travel, its a bike that wants to do anything and everything. Good solid bike, good purchase!

Be sure your front QR thru axle isn’t facing forwards when settled. Want it either facing upwards or back

Nice video! 1:35 I suggest you to rotate 180° the clip... this way you avoid unwanted opening if you hit a branch o something like that. Loosing the front wheel while riding would not be nice... :)

Russian Mechanic This is a good bike. Depends what you are looking for though. With more weight from a full suspension it’s harder to climb but nicer on downhill. Hard tails are easier to climb but less smooth. All depends on what you want and what your budget is
