What these guys are failing to tell you is YOU CANNOT SPAWN IN THEM. The beds and everything cannot be used in ratholes. Go to single player and test to see which ones you can place beds in. 90% wont let you.

no it isnt, its an intended base spot u just c4/rocket the wall lol
