glenn has always been the signature riff master for priest. seriously, his solo's are the one's that stick in people's minds. kk has been for the most part a solid anchor, and that's not a bad thing. they just work well together.
Amazing! They sound better than ever. They've nailed the tempo of these older songs - they're much better at the original recorded grind - (as opposed to speeding them up live as was done in the past) They're able to accent the transitions in the compositions much better. Rob sounds particularly good when he stays low most of the time - with the odd scream. (As opposed to a song like Painkiller). I'm proud of these geezers!
That KK solo is epic . I’m generally not so much into too much whammy bar but with KK he uses it brilliantly. Stupid good solo and love those dive bombs ! Glenn is a very smooth and technical player I like his style as well, but KK is the man !
