Make a cyber boss:
Properties: Really fast but low health, has a sheild that is randomized in a place where you cannot hit it, spawn electrical bloons (fast) immune to magic monkeys, each skull it goes back 1 line and stuns monkeys on the way, has an ability where it goes faster, spawns a blue pond that randomly spawn electric bloons lastsfor 2 rounds

I wonder if one could do negative damage.... Having a slow healing 1hp bloon and a faster deadly bloon. The goal would would be to either slow the deadly one enough to make the slow one pass and not destroy it or having an enormous amount of firepower to destroy both

i dont know how to mod things, but i would say a 1000 health that spawns a tier 3 regular bloonarius whenever it takes 1% (10 health) damage but spawn it at round 100 to make it a fair fight

How do you use mods without getting flagged? I would like to use the mod and have fun with it but I'm scared about getting flagged, as I have only one copy on Steam.

the short answer is
no
but what i did is log out of my main account (of course writing my email and password somewhere) then making a new account using a email generator with then putting any password i want then use that account when i want to play with mods

Only way play without being flagged is single player games anything thats online like co op races daily or advance boss co op stuff like that i think flage u so if u just play normal games on maps u probably be fine but ot be better do mods on alt acc just in case
