+Michael Bisevac sadly it won't. The new arc where they revealed how Shoyo died proves it. In the planed movie the green Amanto did disable Takasugi's eye and in the anime was told that at the moment of Shoyo's execution, Oboro scared the eye of Takasugi. That was a perma-seal on the movie ;D
