so if ur a fashion student can u have a career in modelling or a career in fashion designing? or both? cause i’m taking a fashion class as a freshman and i really want to be a model so will this class help me along the way to reach my dream?

At the fashion institute of technology there is no “model” class. The courses are all business, design, marketing, ext. You could have it as a plan B though. But, you shouldn’t do it if it is just to be a model.

You could also look at the FIT website for majors and stuff you are interested in.

I’m signed to an agency right now and planning to go to FIT for advertising and marketing communications. Modeling can just be a hobby until your career takes off :)
