When a policeman covers his face while serving civilians (or so you would think), he also has something hidden and unpleasant in his own character, because he is ashamed that some things will come out at the time of filming, or the destructive nature of his ego could be analyzed by others. Maybe he is just a perverted and malicious person by nature, and as a police officer he tries to silence this doubt about himself by disguising himself in a uniform by being virtuous. No normal police person behaves like that and tries hard to cover his own face from the video. Either he is very stupid and untalented as a person to understand the passive nature of the video or very hard to cover up his criminal background from something in the past, or he is a pervert and disrespectful towards civilians because of that.
