Love watching these crabbing videos!! It’s shows and teaches folks a simpler way of catching dinner and the affordability to do so!! Thanks Mike!! Keep these videos coming!!
Watching you and Summer crabbing made me hungry. Butter, beer and hot sauce are essential. Way to put those big mouth critics in their place. Loved this video. ❤
Man, I'm really liking these crabb'n videos! That was a great haul of some nice crabs! Looks a whole lot more enjoyable than running traps and hoping that no one has messed with them.
Really enjoy watching all of y'all's videos. But I really enjoy y'all's crabbing videos on the side of the road. it reminds me of fishing for bluegills with my dad
Awesome seeing you out there with your daughter! Being a father of 3 girls myself reminds me of the days fishing and camping and everything outdoors we used to do when they were Summer's age!! Stinks when they are all grown up out of college and working professional people they don't seem to have the time anymore. Cool videos you put out I've watched all the stone crab one's so far. Right on
I worked on a commercial crabbing boat on the Chesapeake Bay as a teenager, I remember in the fall run, just before school started we would catch 100+ bushels a day fishing 600 crab pots. We sold them for #1 @ $20 and #2 @ $15 and #3 @ $15 a bushel. Those days are long gone, Blue crabs are scarce and $300 for #1s now..thanks for taking us along, I really enjoy your channel
Great video. We have been so busy catching shrimp and mangoes that we haven’t taken any time to even think about crabbing…….. now I’m thinking about it???? This is our first year shrimping and we have limited out one time. Other times we just caught enough to make a few meals and use for bait. I want to thank you and jacked up for all your great instructional videos.
Loving it Mike. You should try over at the ponce inlet dog Beach. That's where I crabbed when I was down there. The guys at donalds sent me there. I stood in the water waist deep with a net and a string with bait. Never moved the bait just netted crabs. A buddy and I filled a cooler in under 2 hours.
@@JETTIEROCKSFISHINGwithMIKED ive never seen that many crabs in my life let alone caught that many. Honestly I've never seen anyone on RUclips in Florida catch that many. Which totally surprised me because I was a total amateur and my friend never did it before.

The only thing bad about a mess of blues is cleaning and picking all of them! We used to get a cpl dozen in a few hrs in Mt Pleasant SC and we only kept the ones that were at least 5-6”s across the shell. Its fun especially when ya got kids involved and we used to have crab boils in the backyard as well as making some killer crab dip!😎

Mike take them anyway you can. Mike find you an old Telescopic Bridge Net or Pole then you don`t have to get to close. That was great and pretty cheap to do it
Great video as always. I agree if I went by what I know for my State I would be breaking so many laws while I am down here in Florida. Had fun fishing from the pier under the Dunlawton bridge. But time to head back to Pa for a month then the big move down. So I will be back here in September permanently. Hoping to run into you some day.

When you buy them from the fish Mongrels in Boston they come in small, mediums and large and jumbos. I used to buy them and resell them through my seafood Company. In Cincinnati Ohio. There's nothing illegal about small. You just don't want to take the ones with the females with eggs in them. Because you want them to lay their eggs and reproduce more crabs for the following years. So Mike is absolutely right. And you Naysayers don't know what you're talking about. Mike have a good one , 😎
