coach, love your drills and vry informative. awesome information for all coaches and athletes. one thing, you ran the drill ( great drill and i will use it for sure) but its not shuffle when you are going in an angle, you are running, shuffle in defence your legs don't cross to have the ablility to chnage directions. keep up the great work.
Agreed - we want to ensure the legs don’t cross when doing this drill. We want to keep big and shuffle our feet without crossing them to avoid tripping or chasing. I appreciate the insight. Let me know how it goes out there on the field.
