I loved that quote in the middle "since SAF you don't see utd's signings improving after they join" compare that to where we left the season. Fred, Bruno (though he was already class), Martial, AWB, ALL of them have been immense and have only improved as the season progressed. That doesn't even include our own academy talent and their immense progression. Greenwood, McTerminator, Rashford (fuck I love Rashford), Brandon Williams. I don't see Pogba leaving this team. The team is amazing now and is only going to keep getting better! Youngest team in the league and look at all the stars we've got! (most have yet to even hit their prime!!) I am so excited for the future.

@@groove4973 laird as well, i dont really rate dalot as our rb, wan-bissaka has legit no competition in his position and only time any other player will play his position is either when he is injured or when he needs to be rested for big games, if wan-bissaka gets competition he will improve leaps and bounds, other youth i would like to see are levitt and garner! also i would love dean henderson to play for us, cos romero as reliable as he is, he is 33 yrs old and dean is 23 yrs, and after his performance so far this season, he defo deserves game time at man utd. 2 other youth players i would like 2 see r mellor and ramazani for sureeee.
Spot on Colin! Hence me being almost disgusted by fans saying we need a top manager like Poch, Allegri or whoever else to take us to the next level... That is so disrespectful towards Ole who in my opinion will be a success and is doing a good job although it's taking a bit longer than we'd like. Rebuilding this team to the core, changing the mood within the entire club (especially on the pitch), making the best transfers since SAF, etc. I honestly believe, irrespective of his inferior CV compared to the top managers, that he is the closest thing to a Klopp we could find. I can't help but think that we are a few transfer windows away from competing for titles on all fronts. Our players are breaking their bones on the pitch again, loving the badge genuinely again, giving their all for the fans again. Quite frankly, I'd have this over winning titles for now. Sure, I'd love for us to win and compete at the highest level again but right now this is more than enough for me! I get goosebumbs thinking of the future with our young stars as you mentioned.

I want Ole to be given time. But those who feel he's not the man for the job are entitled to their opinion. Sticking with a manager doesn't make you a real fan. Ole being one of us doesn't mean he'll be successful at the club. (I hope he is). Time would tell however. The team is almost strong enough to compete. There should be no more excuses or sentiments if the team is doing bad when the league returns. He should be getting alot more from these players. If he doesn't, your loyalty to Ole wont keep him at the Job.
