I think the most important thing when memorizing is repetition! After memorizing it once, I collect and memorize only the parts that have not been memorized, and repeat! And organizing it in your own way to make it easier to memorize also helps a lot! Also, when I feel depressed while studying and can't study, I go to the forest or the sea and breathe in the natural air, or watch my favorite video while eating sweet food, and it makes me feel better! It may be difficult to practice this method when you don't have time, but it's better to study after changing your mood!
