@Leo i remember playing this game when i had like 12years,now i just went to 24 years 2 hours ago (today 01 june is my birthday).
This video really gives me nostalgia.
War of the immortals was really a fantastic game, and i remember it was absolutely full of people, all servers were always full with people everywhere in every map and every dungeon.. Knowing that now it is dead, it really makes me sad.. Thinking all those peoplr that used to play this game like me, we all growed up now and we arent kids anymore.. My god, for me all this time passed so fast.
I remember a lot of things about this game..those fantastic and really hard pirate dungeons, those days catching the bunny fighter pets at the bunnies land, the one with snow filled up with those cute but brutal bunnies..god,the memories.
To all the people who are reading this and used to play this game at his golden peak, i wish you a good life, i hope you will stay good forever and also,i hope for you that you will have moments to remember in ur life like those when we were just kids,in this game.. Have a good life, brother.

The whole MMO community is dead sadly.
I'm talking about the old social forums and a lot of MMO websites also strugle.
ONRPG closed their forums in 2020, i was part of it since 2008.
It's just painfully sad and nostalgic looking at the state of it all.
Ugh time does fly when I started I was 14, this was my first MMO, good times, miss my echantress
This game saved my life after the military. 12 hours a day pretty much everyday until I could get a job that was ok with PTSD. Thanks for everything. Ranger for life.

does the installation get messed up if your using the internet while it's installing or does the installation just go slower??

@MrCzerwony this game have 3D characters and monsters, 2.5D is because even with 3D scenario the camera is in a 2D style, not necessarily the characters graphics needs to be 2D

@rosti93 quests, monsters, the instances are not the same and works different, more classes, a slightly better graphic, changes in the daily "events" (you have more side events and quests to lvl up), some scenarios doesn't exist anymore
@MiniDudenor it couldn't, because have some big changes in lots of aspects, this would be a huge problem for database, for high lvl chars
So this game is kinda like diablo right? I wanted to find a game like this for some time

I'm a big fan of random JRPGs. Played through just bout every Final Fantasy. I like the Tales of series too with Vesperia being my favorite. Suikoden 5 was great too. As was Persona 4!

Perfect World always comes out with very artistic games, thats why i love their mmos, GO FORSAKEN WORLD!!

I used to be a Heretic in BOI, and I loooved that game. I had so much fun. It wasn't just grinding, actually.. more than half the time, I was in instances and events.
DOwnloaded this game yesterday to try it out. This game actually isn't too bad. If you liked MU Online then you will like this. It has similar controls, graphics, and both games have good looking armour.
Also if you don't have lots of time for playing a MMO this game is good because you can level up reasonably fast. I got to level 45 on my first day.
@MMOHut No, you said you can only think of Valkyrie Profile =P, and Ragnarok Online is heavily based on Norse Mythology, the name Ragnarok itself means The so-called "Twilight of the Gods" (called in German Götterdämmerung), the final destruction of the world in the great conflict between the Æsir (gods) on the one hand, and on the other, the giants and the powers of Hel under the leadership of Loki (who is escaped from bondage). So you see it revolves around the Norse Myth =D

One thing that's bad about Perfect World Entertainment that I noticed is the skill sound-it sounds kind of dull or no sound

@Macyyy you couldn't be more wrong... the PUZZLE games, also known as CASUAL game is the one that you need to think the most... second, every mmorpg is the same thing, the difference is that some you have to walk to the npc marked on the map, using wasd doesn't make you smarter... =)
btw, lineage have easy track quests now, grinding quests... and it is hardcore and allows many strategies in pvp with the set bonus

@MMOHut Kinda dissapointing since Eternia > Vesperia, Suikoden III > V, but I agree on Persona 4 it had the most likeable characters. Btw Omer, when can we expect the first look HD for Lineage II's Goddess of Destruction update? Im already playing it and the changes are pretty awesome.
