Pro tip: talk to Blathers before going to the mystery island and then you’re able to find Brewster on the first island!
This is not accurate. Did this first thing and still haven't found Brewster.

@@Orion_TheyThem It is true if you have one of every type of item donated. You have to have a sea creature, fish, bug, and artwork. If you have all of that and have upgraded the museum he should be able to talk to you about Brewster.

Had the same moment of shock when it happened to me
Someone on stream mentioned the cliff tree glitch was patched. Just checked and it's still working for me. However, I had some stuff on the fourth level and it was removed (the items were put in the recycling box and the trees were gone). Interestingly, the pathing is still there, so if you haven't updated, this is the last chance to put pathing on the fourth level. I haven't checked if you can still get up to the fourth level, but I'm assuming it was patched 🤷♀️

I've only time travelled one day so far and I am in november but Nooks hasn't added any new items, is that only with the DLC?
I time travel and have not purchased the dlc as of yet and my nooks had new items from the 2nd day onwards :)

I think new content is locked for new players or those of us that reset our islands. It means we can build up our bells and nook miles

I feel bad for those who re-started their island .. almost everything new takes NOOK MILES.. THANK GOD i did not redo my island .. I had 177,000 NOOK miles I saved for over a year .. I am down to 120,000 nook miles.. thats how much it took to get all the stuff they had .. and still buying..
Everything is locked when you restart. I restarted today, and the new content is locked until you reach 3⭐️ plus on your island.
I don’t have all of the new items that are redeemable by nook miles, namely the storage ones :( unsure as to why this is (house is fully updated and stuff)

You gotta pay off all loans (inc. the storage loan) and purchase one storage upgrade from Tom nook, it takes so long but it’s so worth it, I grinded through 3mil bells the first day 2.0 was out it was tedious but flattening is so much easier with a storage shed!
hey so my mom lived in italy for a few years and so she made sure i learned how to pronounce all the italian food names! gnocchi is a funny looking word that just about everyone says wrong lmaoo but a simplification of the word can be written as nyo-key :)

I’m pretty sure you have to have all your buildings completely updated (like the museum with the art section) and have a 3 star island with K.K. Visiting you on Saturdays :) I’m not 100% that’s the prerequisites for Kapp’n but that’s what I’ve heard

Did the game update? I had to manually get it to do the update
I reset my island today. I know the update worked because I got the hints app on my nook phone. Everything else is locked/unavailable at the moment. Even the ability to buy the wetsuit on the first day has been taken away. I’m glad though as it means I’ve got time to build up my bells and nook miles.
The progression thing is probably a factor
OK I need help I have cooking items and the ABD New stuff but I don’t have blathers with the Brewster or kappn my game is updated

Hi! My partner and I are both missing the fence customization recipe from our Nook Stops. Does anyone know why?
Edit: figured it out! You have to craft a fence that CAN be customized, then the recipe will be where it’s supposed to be.
Don’t have the additional bridges and inclines either 😭
@@qwitchyy maybe it's just a glitch or you have to be farther in the game. I don't know for my self tho because I'm on the bus and haven't been on my switch yet
@@marchar3604 I’m through the main storyline/unlocked terraforming so I’m not sure it’s due to game progression. My partner is a programmer and he thinks it’s a glitch, but it’s got me scared it’s unfixable. I hope you get to play soon!
My bf doesn’t, but I do, and we’re trying to figure out why since we’re about the same when it comes to progress. I have crafted more fences than he has, maybe that’s why? Have you two?
i dont have the storage shed or the ABD... and i am guessing its cause i havent paided off my last loan yet .... so my guess is some items are locked for some cause of how much of the game theyve played.... some bits my have something to do with how many stars your island has too...... hope that explained some things .... but otherwise i donno
