Not that this matters now since the concert has happened, but why was Bishop on his phone during rehearsal? It could have been business yes, but that's why you have assistants and or church secretaries. Lead by example.

As a pastor or leader you may have assistants, but it is still up to the leader to make the decisions. There are several times where people need to contact the leader to make a decision about urgent matters.
