This is absurd, mine are brand new. Used 1 time and they are throwing the error and wont connect. Honestly I have been a Bose fan for a long time but they wont repair their faulty equipment. Simply stole my money and now ill go out of my way to reccomend their competitors. We were about to order a bose system for the house and now we will just go with a company that can deliver a product that doesnt fail for no apparent reason. Its unfortunate but with the amount of money paid for these its sad. Now the wife is also annoyed because she bought them for me as a graduation gift. Thanks Bose for showing zero loyalty to those that have been loyal to you.
It happened with me as well.. I'm frustated that one of my earbuds is not working and it's not repairable. It's more than one year and it's not under warranty. They give hardly 10% discount if you surrender the faulty product and buy new one from the service center. But outside we get it for lesser price
BOSE i am very disappointed i only had them for 3 weeks brand new and my left earbud stopped charging. It is my first time purchasing bose and I will not recommend these Sport Earbuds!
Thanks for the advice. Their automated system kept telling me warranty was over. It Wasn't, i able to prove it in chat support Hopefully you bought them bose and have the email where you can prove it too. Bottom line fight it in chat support. You'll likely get a free replacement.
Well, I was chatting with the tech support and he sent me an email to replace my earbuds which cost me $300 or $299. Now I have to pay $179 and they are not even new it is refurbished. I can’t find when did I bought this earbuds. They give me only 72 hours to decide if I’m going to buy them or not. I guess I’ll disposed this in the trash and go back to Apple product, what a scam!
Hello, I have a problem with the brand new Bose QuietComfort Earbuds Headphones. Namely, when I try to connect these headphones to the phone via Bluetooth, the headphones connect to the phone without any problems. But there is one problem - there is no voice, no sound at all in the headphones? What could be the reason for the lack of voice? Are the headphones damaged or is there some other problem?
The refurbished replacement has been working perfectly. Something I've also been keeping an eye on is not keeping the charging pack plugged in beyond charging it.
I got the refurbished ones yesterday and so far so good. There is full one year warranty by Bose so hope all goes well. The earbuds are much better than the AirPods Pro 2 that I was using and returned within the return window. Fit, sound etc - everything is much better on these. Reliability is my only concern but at least they have warranty for one year.

I wont send them any money , should replace for free. Tried contacting Bose impossible . will never buy a Bose product again unless these get replaced.

Unfortunately, these just came apart on me. Like physically fell apart, both of them at the same time. I'm going to do a video about it because i'm shocked. That being said, when it came apart, it stopped working but charges. I'm disappointed in BOSE with these.
Can I send them out just the case and earbuds by itself ? I trashed the packaging.. and also is there an address to ship or does it automatically print an address using the free ups label they provide??
Did you try both serial numbers? Each ear bud has one and one of mind didn't work, but the other did. If that doesn't work, yes, you might be out of service.

Do not buy these earbuds. Absolute junk. The speaker blew in mine. Support offers to replace with a new model at a cost. Unacceptable for a company known for sound to have earbud speakers blow.

Bought mine in Germany. So happy with them until I came back home to the states and they wouldn’t charge. Still here sad they only lasted a month

They will send you the label. Shouldn't need original box, just the device.
