Dang just saw this video. This house is sold already . Back in 2008 when I bought my first home that was sitting g in the market for 6 months. I did a big favor to the seller that time. But 15 years fast forward any home under 400K sells within few hours. Just crazy .

My husband and i are in a hotel right now. we are beliievers yet we are having a hard time. we left our apartment because it was so expensive. God said he was moving us into our home yet we are still waiting. we know he loves us and its in his timing.... Most of all I like the price. The way you described the place slow pace peaceful no traffic and close to everything is very ideal location for me. I really don't go out a whole lot. I m ready to have a nice beautiful house to enjoy now like this one. thank you for giving me good idea of an affordable house.
this is crazy I sold my house in Tampa Bay for the same amount of sqft and amount and it was build in 84. This is cheap!!! Except my taxes for the year in TB was only $2k😂 Texas property tax is still high!

Same stuff in this house is no different than any other builder. They all use the same materials. Back splash, counter tops, cabinets, etc etc. Only time it's different if you are really custom building your home 100 percent. Call it what it is, the builders got greedy with the pricing. Now I do like the fact that the hot water tank was put in the garage. It makes all the damn sense in the world. After the big freeze, there should have been state regulations for every new home hot water tank should be in the garage. Those showers look better than the damn major over priced builders for the price of this home!
