People say that the end doesn’t need an update because it would get rid of the lonely feeling the end has. I agree with that but I still think there are ways of updating the end while still keeping the lonely feeling. It doesn’t have to be as big as the nether update.
I feel like mojang just has more diverse creativity so basic ideas like “combat update” and “adventure update” have turned into “silent swords” or “roars and boards” which I actually think is fine. just going “this is the end update, have fun.” Or “we added all of the mob vote creatures” is so unrealistic.
Yeah I think they could pull off a more diverse but still lonely End. It could definitely have more music too. They managed to keep the core principles of The Nether intact while changing it so much, so I think they could do it with the end
i think the end should be very cold and lifeless with nothing going on except for a few very iccolted but content packed islands. like a rare ender forest thats only a couple thousand blocks big but is filled with useful and meaningful features. this will also mean the center island is basically one of these small pockets and end cities along with chorus fruit can also become pockets too so it fits pretty well

@confusingTM I think the problem with dyed planks would be that making new variants of trees would be more challenging and actually require effort because it won't be able to be just a simple colour change that it has been so far (in the case of planks)

And mojang is comprised of many teams, the dev team being one of them. It doesn't mean that if one team (or even an individual) messes up, that the whole mojang studio is to blame.
When gnembon says "granulation" he refers to the update sizes. He means that updates might be either really small or big or anything inbetween, they will just work on the bigger in the back ground i guess
On a live, TIDZIMI said that the 3rd part will be when the 2nd part gets enough views, but probably somewhere in the middle of February if I remember correctly
im actually really worried about the concept of small frequent updates, because it might mean that main development outpaces how fast small mod teams can update, so its possible modded players/devs will have to stay years behind the general community or skip a lot of versions to keep up depending on if the updates would be compatible with each other.
this actually seems like it’s already happening. i was in the alex mods discord server a while ago and saw the creator of those mods asked “what version are people typically playing past 1.20.1? i should start thinking about updating” and most people gave him very different answers, some people outright said “there is no concrete next version all mod devs are updating to yet” i can only imagine its gonna stay like that. people give mojang a lot of shit for being slow and compare them to mod devs, but they’re actually faster than the big mods ALREADY after like 1 small update coming out
@@smellslikesouls the reason their faster is because mods have to work with new scrambled functions, mojang doesn't. They don't even remotely care for the mod scene given they've been wanting to kill java MC for some time
I think they intend to kill off the "traditional" modding scene for newer versions as they have begun making more things data-driven and took out whatever file helped make decompiling the game easier. I dont hear this point talked about much, but its going in the direction of where the modding scene of bedrock is today, which I dont think is horrible, bedrock has a lot of awesome creations, you can imagine the trade offs though (security and consistency probably being the largest pros). That being said, I think the frequent updates are actually a good idea. I got the impression that the larger parts of the updates held back the smaller parts, so the new system just lets them put out stuff whenever its ready, which is good. Who knows, maybe we'll see the end update released at the same time they finish a new animal variant. (I also think, the heavier updates will become the new hallmark versions, but it probably wont matter in the future as Ive said)
next update will be the waxed lightly weathered cut copper stairs update where the new cow variant, waxed lightly weathered cut copper cow will be added and when you milk it, you get waxed lightly weathered cut copper milk with fireflies
That was old mojang's goal anyways... Make the original game, but better! idk what is going on now but the last real update to improve anything from Minecraft itself was 1.16 and kind of 1.18, which revamped Nether and Caves. The same reason people been begging and pleading for an end update bcuz it's been barren and boring and progression-less for almost a decade now :/
If I were running the game I would do half 7 months spent on a bigger feature update that releases a week or two before the holidays with some time to patch any glaring bugs before the holidays, then 3 months on a smaller piece of content like a 'drop', and then fill the rest of the time with making sure all the systems work and that you combed through the game and nade sure everything gels together and that systems build on each other.
In all likelihood they’re using an “Agile” model. Employees will take on individual tasks based on their skill sets, regardless of which “drop” or “update” said task belongs to. A modeler may make an early concept for two years out, then the next week add finishing tweaks to a model coming out in a snapshot in two days. It allows everyone to stay productive, even if their skill set isn’t needed for the next drop.
@@Crimser3 Oooh, fascinating, thanks for the insight that's really interesting tbh That sounds really good for productivity but also really bad for the team banding together and making 1 major game improving update (IE End update or Desert update or Mesa update)
5:06 "minecon earth changed its name to minecraft live considering the "livestream" like the name suggests which is kind of comical, because its not live"
Still a big problem with these small updates is that some survivalservers cant really keep up with it since the mapresets may only be twice a year and changes really make this difficult since there are generationuodates like new plants and you cant just place the blocks to the old map if there is a certain schedule to the mapresets and updates are not with a standardised date
There are pros and cons. Recent changes have made world generation a lot cleaner over version change boundaries, likely for this reason. Plus there are tools to clear out unused chunk generation, hopefully allowing for new stuff to come in. It’s not convenient, but I can see the reasoning behind more frequent drops too. It seems like they’re keeping major versions (1.X opposed to 1.21.X) to once per year though, so those will likely be used by big servers and mods, waiting for the major version change to update.
This really cleared up some questions I had, the biggest one being wanting to know if they'd be working on bigger updates in the background of the smaller ones. Which I was really hoping they were so I'm glad for that to be confirmed in this video
3:55 "różnych granulacjach", probably meaning "cut/grinder into different sized chunks" 5:30 yeah that was about minecraft live and gnembon said he didn't really know and compared it to "live" news broadcasts
Oh wow, this lil interview got quite huge huh. Good for Tidzimi though, and not like i'm complaining, one of the better Polish Minecraft content creators is getting recognition.
For number five: Tidzimi: MineCon Earth changed its name to Minecraft Live especially since this livestream, like name implies... It's just a meme, isn't it? It's not live. Gnembom: I don't know, I don't have any idea. Tidzimi: (inaudible due to Phoenix talking) you just have it ready and there is no way to learn the reason?
5:04 Tidzimi asks why Minecraft earth is now Minecraft live, even though it's not live. Gnembon says that he doesn't know, and that it's probably so people want to watch it. 5:40 they know about the leaks, even the Roger Badgerman ones. The Minecraft live leak was just an error, and about the other ones he doesn't know why they came out in the first place 7:30 April fool's updates are made by modders. He says that Mojang hires many modders to work for them. Their ideas are often shallow and buggy, as they just sort of do whatever they want
I'm polish, and from what I've seen in this video, the subtitles are mostly accurate if there are any more parts that seem weird show me and I can translate it then
this might be a hot take but I don't think the end should be updated at least not the way most people want one, I feel like most people when they say they want an end update the mean new biomes and stuff because after you get an eyltra and a lot of shulker shell most people probably don't do much in the end except maybe use an endermen farm so they want more stuff in the end to make it feel less useless, but imo the end is meant to feel eerie and empty except for these strange cities that we don't know much about and adding a bunch of biomes would take away from that, however I do still think an end update like adding onto the end cities with more room variation and maybe adding some more exclusive and or better loot to make the end more useful and interesting could be really nice I just really don't think adding a bunch of biomes is a good idea
Bigger and better! Scratches the itch for adventure perfectly You should look into a mod for Forge known as "When Dungeons Arise"... I think you'll like it and it's structures quite a lot :3
@@DeadfurrI prefer “Integrated Dungeons and Structures” personally. It requires a couple other mods, but the experience feels more curated, plus it comes with lore! Lots of respect for the creator (something Cranberry, I think?).

That was old mojang's goal anyways... Make the original game, but better! idk what is going on now but the last real update to improve anything from Minecraft itself was 1.16 and kind of 1.18, which revamped Nether and Caves.
The same reason people been begging and pleading for an end update bcuz it's been barren and boring and progression-less for almost a decade now :/
After watching this, 2 hours of reading auto-translated captions sounds like pain.
Waiting for an end update is like waiting for silksong at this point
Tidzimi on Phoenix SC is not something I expected
It's funny how the use of a colloquialism or other colloquial speech makes an expression impossible to translate using an automatic translator.
"No were not planning to update the end"
-some mojang employee stating it for the 2827th time
Gearheads and Mod Enjoyers: "Fine... I'll do it myself..."
The meal, the side course and the desert basically!
@@Crimser3 Oooh, fascinating, thanks for the insight that's really interesting tbh
That sounds really good for productivity but also really bad for the team banding together and making 1 major game improving update (IE End update or Desert update or Mesa update)
I did NOT wake up today thinking I would see Tidzimi on Phoenix SC. Childhood youtuber for me.
5:06 "minecon earth changed its name to minecraft live considering the "livestream" like the name suggests which is kind of comical, because its not live"
I never thought i see him again, I'm polish and i remember Tidzimi from my childhood. He is such a great guy, great chill videos, I love him.
Ah yes, my favorite game studio: Manga
Yes, how could I live another day without Pheonix's sc video at 1 AM.
Next update… yellow grass.
And next year??? Brackish water
I didn't expect Poland on your channel
People reaction:
Mojang is the best❌
Mojang loves you✅
5:35 he says that its called 'minecraft live' with the word 'live' in it to make people wanna watch it
GUYS WAKE UP PEENIX SC JUST UPLOADED

@@testier9040 I'm in Australia, so I'm already awake.
POLAND MENTIONED
POLISH PEOPLE RISE
🇵🇱🇵🇱🇵🇱🇵🇱🇵🇱🇵🇱🇵🇱
poland on 🔝 😆
5:30 - he assumes that it's tha way so People are more inclined to watch "live", if i May rephrase it he said its probably Just a clickbait
3:55 "różnych granulacjach", probably meaning "cut/grinder into different sized chunks"
5:30 yeah that was about minecraft live and gnembon said he didn't really know and compared it to "live" news broadcasts
7:17 silksong
06:25 no gnembon said he dont know what to say about it but he also said that mojang is aware of the problem and they working on it
Maybe you should try this too, try to reach out to a developer from the US or the UK.
M”Minecraft will never die”
Technoblade said that
*Minecraft dies*
Technoblade: 😑
And I'd say he knows a lot more about not dying than you, pal, because he invented it!
@void_cozmo5424Technoblade in heaven when Minecraft dies: "Bro was my death in vain? Because Minecraft was supposed to be immortal like me."
@Moon12-p2z how is he immortal if he died
@@Usonian635... It's called a Legacy.
3:53 - aah yes, my favourite update, CAS CS
I actually speak Polish so I might translate this when I find the time
My guy really copied my name

For a moment I forgot polish emblem has an eagle and got confused XD
Fun fact (watching this video with captions rn), auto translate interprets "Mojang" as "moang" 💀
Oh wow, this lil interview got quite huge huh. Good for Tidzimi though, and not like i'm complaining, one of the better Polish Minecraft content creators is getting recognition.
I just read the credits for the first time after beating the dragon. Honestly it was kind of magical
Manga is my favourite company of 3d cube-based mining games.
For number five:
Tidzimi: MineCon Earth changed its name to Minecraft Live especially since this livestream, like name implies... It's just a meme, isn't it? It's not live.
Gnembom: I don't know, I don't have any idea.
Tidzimi: (inaudible due to Phoenix talking) you just have it ready and there is no way to learn the reason?
I am waching tidzimi since 2020. Now bro is global!
1:12
-when the right time comes
OOOH NO THE BUTTER MAN IS GETTING FAMOUS
LETS GET AN END UPDATE!!!!
5:04 Tidzimi asks why Minecraft earth is now Minecraft live, even though it's not live. Gnembon says that he doesn't know, and that it's probably so people want to watch it.
5:40 they know about the leaks, even the Roger Badgerman ones. The Minecraft live leak was just an error, and about the other ones he doesn't know why they came out in the first place
7:30 April fool's updates are made by modders. He says that Mojang hires many modders to work for them. Their ideas are often shallow and buggy, as they just sort of do whatever they want
I'm polish, and from what I've seen in this video, the subtitles are mostly accurate if there are any more parts that seem weird show me and I can translate it then
For Minecraft on the Google Play Store its changed to Minecraft:Play With friends
DONT FALL ASLEEP YALL, PHOENIXSC JUST DROPED ANOTHER VIDEO
Greetings grom Poland!!🇵🇱😁TIDZIMI is the best Polish Minecraft youtuber
Where are the Poles at? they come like a swarm after there's something mentioned about Poland. Guess I'll be the first one. 🇵🇱
well theres one in the north and another in the south
Jest 6 rano wszyscy śpią
Mi mózg się spalił między zmianami języków
Polacy śpią w nocy, Phoenix jest australijczykiem oni tam mają inny czas
I btw POLKA GUROM 🇵🇱🇵🇱🇵🇱
btw tidzmi have part 3 "wywiad z deweloperem mojang PYTANIA OD WIDZÓW" but now it's for channel supporters yt blocking my link
I see that PhoenixSC are often refer to Poland - so you must change name to FeniksSC to be more polish xD
this might be a hot take but I don't think the end should be updated at least not the way most people want one, I feel like most people when they say they want an end update the mean new biomes and stuff because after you get an eyltra and a lot of shulker shell most people probably don't do much in the end except maybe use an endermen farm so they want more stuff in the end to make it feel less useless, but imo the end is meant to feel eerie and empty except for these strange cities that we don't know much about and adding a bunch of biomes would take away from that, however I do still think an end update like adding onto the end cities with more room variation and maybe adding some more exclusive and or better loot to make the end more useful and interesting could be really nice I just really don't think adding a bunch of biomes is a good idea
I agree. I’d love to see more mechanical reasons to go to the End, but probably not a bunch of new biomes.
Man, I missed heading gnembom. He was the best at explaining and exploiting obscure mechanics, I still use his CarpetMod and scarpet language.
Who knows? Maybe we’ll get movable tile entities in Java someday? They do love parity changes…
I have never thought that somebody from Poland, much less somebody I still follow from the side, would appear here, cool.
Hi, Pole here, daily working in english if you have any questions, or doubts, or anything regarding translation we can catch up and discuss it
More structures please things like trial chambers and bastions
Bigger and better! Scratches the itch for adventure perfectly
You should look into a mod for Forge known as "When Dungeons Arise"...
Woah Phoenix's comments being nice after seeing the devs irl trying their best is like toxic twitter user touched grass and being a really nice guy irl(sad that people sometimes forget that gnembon is a big part of the community for carpet mod and kingbdogs is the guy who literally created the aether from our childhood being called lazy all the time)
Tidzimi said that part 3 will be in the middle of february
Me tried half video long, to deaktivate the caption. until i realised its in video.
Dobra, Tidzimiego bym się nie spodziewał
I honestly like and dislike the small drops, like because it's more rapid but dislike because we miss the parity
NOOOOO I can't believe I was 38 minutes late to a Phoenix video
polish here the translations are pretty good
About the Minecraft Live(haven‘t watched the original video, just from you snippets):
Basically he doesn‘t know anything, he just says it‘s got to sound interesting so people watch it.
6:36 "It has some marketing hands and feet" 💀💀💀
(I'm sorry if you found this comment offensive)
Unfortunately, this is translated literally. In Polish it simply means "make sense", in this case "it makes sense from a marketing perspective"
@kamyk0307 Thank you for translating!

TIDZIMI MENTIONED 🇵🇱🔥🔥🔥🦅🦅
When do we get the pvp update like what was planned for 1.19 years ago? 😢
We get it as soon as Mojang completes the pairity between the two games..................... oh shoot wait-...
Honestly, with how much backlash they got for 1.9, I don’t blame them. They’re gonna playtest the new combat like crazy before they even hint at it being added.
Tidzimi likes butter
OMG, TIDZIMI mentioned xD
Did the thumbnail resemble an animated family movie?
PolishSC !!!
Poland mentioned moment
Good times to be Polish my dudes!
Nooo! That means my dyslexic misspellings will actually lead somewhere!
Also, Gnembon works at Minecraft‽
They hired him a while back. I’m still hoping to see movable tile entities in Java. We know he has the power…
Scream if you love Poland ahh video
TIL Gnembon is Polish.
cant believe they added poland to minecraft
Imagine if they are keeping the end update as the End of Minecraft?
Now that'll be stuck in your head for a while.
End of Minecraft?? Oh no...... anyways, time to hop on Hytale...
I AM HERE WITHIN ONE HOUR FINALLY
