Please don't read this with an aggressive tone cause it'll sound way too pissy, but we're not all girls and we don't follow them just because of looks, basically everyone in kpop is good looking and hundreds of groups debut each year. Sorry, I just wanted to get that stereotype out of the way.
I agree. They're music is just so damn good and catchy. Not all people follow kpop because of looks. Some follow them for their music and personality. It's so annoying to be stereotyped that if we follow kpop, its because of looks.

One big reason for that is BigHit & BTS know the nature & tradition of RUclips reaction channels, which innocently started 15 years ago. Also when you were asking about how popular bts is in different parts, they are popular literally everywhere!! But I know that in regards to Latin America there particularly popular in Brazil! Ive seen videos of bts concerts in Brazil and they go off!!
They are huge in Latin America, the only problem is that the majority of us are broke lol I mean our countries are considerate poor and it's kinda true compare to all the countries in Europe or stuff but If they decide to come I'm pretty sure ARMY have savings for a concert and it would be sold out in minutes just as brazil
The reason I liked BTS was not his face, but his good personality, skills, attitude of effort, sincerity, and message. After that, my face got better. And they have very bright energy and make people feel good. They also made their own entertainment programs for fans. They try to communicate with fans live when they have time. BTS is an idol, but he definitely has his own color and is not just an idol.
I knoww right?? I mean theyre handsome and cute but that’s not a valid reason to love them. Theyre the only people who taught me to lovemyself and speak myself🥺💜
You wanna how popular BTS is? I'm from India and the fandom here is HUGE we even have few celebrities who are fans and the thing their albums are not even sold here! We bulk order from other places. We never had a concert here but we did have their movie screenings which were sold out in minutes
Hilariously, yelling, "J-Hooooope!" every time he comes on screen is actually a Thing, lol, ever since Suga started doing it when they were reacting to one of their own music videos. And J-Hope's birthday was today! He went live with fans for his birthday and kept having to change platforms because the number of fans kept crashing it. 🤣 He tried three different platforms and restarted his live four times.
the get copyright claimed so they can't make money off of it. that's what they were talking about. copyright claims and copyright strikes are 2 different things.
@@starmyatiny5031 they get copyright claimed not copyright striked :) claim means its demonetized strike means its blocked and or take down. reactions of live performances get striked and music video reactions get claimed. hope that helps! this is im pretty sure only bts i know some blackpink songs get striked. and other kpop groups get striked but bighit only claims on their music videos.
I'm from south america and bts is really big here, they are played in many variety shows, including the most popular one "Big Brother Brasil", and they were one of the most played international artist on radio last year. I always hear them on the streets/stores when I'm going out :D
This video doesn't help with telling you about the members individually but as a whole. If you want an introduction to the members individually you should watch bts the seven members of bangtan introduction. One thing I want to mention is the members have solo projects, the entire rapline has mixtapes out that's free on soundcloud for the fans. Also you might be overwhelmed with the amount of recommendations you get from fans but please react to what u want to watch this is your journey afterall.
the seven members of bangtan is really outdated though, and I don't feel like it actually gives a good intro to them. It was one of the first videos I watched and looking back on it I don't feel like it was very helpful.
@@poughkeepsies5363 eh, not the most updated but is actually pretty detailed, which i prefer more, their lyricism/message is also highlighted there unlike in this vid.
None of the members have been in public relationships since the group was formed in 2013. There aren't even any privacy invading photos taken by dispatch, paparazzi, stalkers or ANYONE, of them in any romantic situation. They travel and work non stop. My guess is probably all had several discreet but short relationships. They don't have a No Dating clause in their contract at all If they have a private relationship, it's being kept very private, something I hope all fans would respect. They're human and deserve the right to date if they want to have romantic relationships. I would hope ARMYs as a whole would be happy if it came out that any of the members were dating and they would be supportive of it. They're busy humans. They don't have a lot of down time, so I'm doubting any of them are currently dating with their schedule.
The issue of military service is a big theme in the bts fandom, at 28 is the age limit for Koreans from there they have to go yes or yes at service and Jin, the oldest of the group should have gone to military service by now but last year the law was finally passed that allowed artists (singers) to be exempted from their service until they were 30 years old, so this is probably our last year with jin (he is 29 this year will turn 30) until he's out of service in a year and a half We do not know what will happen, we can not get involved in these matters they want to go and comply as Korean citizens and we respect that. They are one of the pillars of the Korean economy, they contribute too much to the country Soccer players and classical music singers from korea do not go to military service for their contribution to the country but unfortunately that law does not work in "kpop" singers but we need to respect that at least the armies that we are not Korean It is a law that cannot be broken thanks to the war between the two Korea's so we just have to wait and see if the 7 go together or each one corresponding to their age, if that happens we would have to wait 5 or 6 years I think until the 7 meet again,,, god I'm going to cry. Sorry for writing so much, I hope the information will help you understand😔
Im still thrilled the Korean gobernment went and modified the law just so Jin wouldnt have to go to the military this year im sayin this bcs BTS is literally an exception and the requirments for the excemption are only valid for them. The fact that no other artist in Korea would ever reach those requirements is still shoking to me.
I'm gonna miss them so much but we as respectful armys should respect their opinions and choices. Oh god why are my eyes sweating after reading your comment😭
@@heyrobwest3908 pls get your facts straight yourself, under the revised Military Service Act, "a pop culture artist who was recommended by the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism to have greatly enhanced the image of Korea both within the nation and throughout the world" is allowed to postpone service until the age of 30. Even idols who are not at a certain level cant benefit if they havent acomplished remarcable or exceptional feats such as gaining A medal of cultural merith for example wich the members of BTS are the youngest recipients in history, thats what i meant nothing MORE nothing LESS my FRIEND
Actually It's safer to react to the music videos, they don't get copyright strike if you live the "BigHit" intro, on the contruary the variety and reality shows can be, like the live performances.
Ohhh they’re definitely popular in Africa lol😊. I’m Nigerian-American so I’ve been both places and can confidently say BTS are definitely global when it comes to their popularity, African countries are no exception✨
I live in New Zealand and BTS and their members have been common names to me since about 2016-2017. I see them on MTV and everyone pretty much knows of them.
They're mad popular in South America. I'm from Brazil and Brazilian crowd is one of their favorites because of our crazy energy and passion for their music
No none of the members have gone to the military yet. Usually South Korean men are supposed to enlist in the military once they turn ad least 28 but now there’s a law that was created called The ‘BTS Law’ in South Korea where Kpop stars like Jin (the oldest in BTS) can postpone their military service until they turn 30. But only if those kpop stars “have received government medals for helping spread or evaluate the country’s cultural influence around the world can apply for deferment of their military service.”
My top five (no order) : - On - Black Swan - We are bulletproof: The Eternal - Spring Day - Pied Piper So haaaaaaard to choooose Ok these I don’t know where to place them : - Telepathy - I’m Fine and Save Me - Life goes on - Dynamite - Mikrokosmos - Boy with Luv - Attack on bangtan (live in Japan = the best) - 2!3! - Born Singer (“cover”) - I need you - Anpanman These are only the group songs, I didn’t include the solos, duos... In terms of songs without the whole group, my favourites are : - Friends (V & Jimin) - Stigma and Singularity (V) -> LIVES ARE BETTER - Sweet Night (V) -> Full English - Awake (Jin) - Euphoria (Jungkook) - Lie and Serendipity (Jimin) - Daetchwita and Interlude: Shadow (Suga aka Agust D) + Agust D by Agust D - Intro : Persona (RM) - Outro : Ego (J-Hope) - Ugh and Ddaeng (RM, Suga, J-Hope) - Waste it on me (RM & Jungkook) -> Full English - Dimple (V, Jin, Jimin, Jungkook) Ok there’s a lot, I know you only wanted 5 so sorry Borahae💜💜💜
no one really knows if they do relationships or not, they probably do but they never share anything about their private life to the public, the barely talk about their families never mind a significant other, but yeah bts go on your A LOT and it is so exhausting so i can’t imagine they have much time for that, and yes they’re indeed together a lot lmao also bts, especially the rapline, are hugeee fans of old school hip hop from when they were kids and you can hear the influence even in their latest album, in one song called hip hop lover, they name dropped a lot artists that were their inspiration such as nas, jay z, 2pac, eminem, biggie, mac miller, kanye west, kendrick, and so many more, and their love for hip hop made them extremely talented. so many fans, including me, stayed for the lyrics, bts are nothing without the lyrics they write, yes the dancing and good looks are impressive but no one is an army just because of that
BTS is big in most parts of the world, I am from Sweden and they're HUGH over here. If you want a more individual introduction to the members I would recommend Who is BTS?: The Seven Members of Bangtan (INTRODUCTION) by SUGA and spice. And if you want to learn more about the group and what they stand for an etc. I recommend a video by xCeleste called THIS IS BTS | Introduction to BTS.
27:56 they’re not. they’ve said that they don’t have time for relationships and devout so much time to the fans that they don’t really think about having relationships.
When u think about it it’s kinda sad. As young males in their 20s they deserve to be loved and in a relationship. I honestly hope they’re secretly dating cuz they deserve it
We don't know if they're in a relationship or not. It's kinda an unspoken rule that idols date behind the scenes and almost never make their relationships public, so I wouldn't be surprised if they're dating but just decided to keep it private.
@@hannah6729 i think about that sometimes but also would they really have time for it? maybe with the pandemic. but i also feel bad because they might be scared to have relationships because of how crazy some army is. but they deserve love too:(
i’m so excited to watch this!! i wasn’t expecting this at all!! yay!!! i have one note so far: in korea, family names actually come first. for example, instead of “park jimin”, in america, it would be “jimin park”. jimin is his first name :)
@@fiestasalsaquinceanerabail2391 I know it is but for some reason it’s the only “guide” that really dives into their personalities. Most of the newer guides that were created talk about their position as artists and how far they’ve come. So I figured this would be ok to get to know them personally, plus armies can always update information for them in the comments👍
best songs: Spring day silver spoon home ddaeng ugh Black Swan pied piper :) honestly you just should hit shuffle on spotify, their discograghy is gold, huge and incredibly versatile.
Jin is amazing, inspiring, thinking that he started literally from zero singing and dancing skills. He’s called leJINdary because of his hardword and determination to catch up to the other members for the group. His voice is amazing/phenomenal. He has a very good personality, goofy, witty, smart and caring to his younger brothers also. I suggest that you should also watch/react to “Jin’s influence on bts”. I love all of the 7 guys because all of them have great personalities and very talented, but Kim Seokjin (JIN) caught my attention the most. His determination and perseverance is really worth emulating.
TOP 5 BTS songs for me are SPRING DAY, DOPE, TOMORROW. BAEPSAE and BLOOD SWEAT AND TEARS (Hon Mention: HOUSE OF CARDS, BLACK SWAN, DEAD LEAVES, HOME, AIRPLANE PT 2, MIC DROP, NOT TODAY, BUTTERFLY & JUST ONE DAY) There's no way I could pick just 5 lol You'll think it's nuts but you find out that BTS have NO bad songs.
all their music videos get copyright claims, which a channel can accept - it's just that no channel can monetize them, so many channels try to dispute it so they can monetize. They won't get blocks or strikes from the MV's though
Another fun fact they still live together after almost 8 years. They are all very close because their company was so small in the beginning they had to all sleep in one room together even sharing beds while the youngest was just out of middle school
OH MY GOD yes! I am so glad y'all are reacting to this! Also, in Korea they write their last names first, so 'Kim Namjoon', his first name is Namjoon. You guys were talking about members leaving and starting solo careers, BTS still have (kinda) solo careers, they all release solo music while still being a part of BTS. Which is awesome, like who has ever done that?! You guys gotta check out 'Black Swan' , 'Spring Day' , 'Blood Sweat and Tears' , 'ON' , 'Mic Drop' and 'Fake Love'
OMG thank you soooo much for reacting to this!! I loved this video and I hope that you liked to know a little more about them!!! aaaaaa literally screaming right nooow
BTS going to the army has been something a lot of army’s have cried themselves to sleep over but BTS is actually looking forward to doing their service.
You can find their reality show on the app called Vapp, (it’s free) there’s like 120 something episodes, it’s real fun, they do all kind of stuff. You don’t have to watch it from the beginning, the episodes are individual, if you decide to also react to it we’d love to enjoy it with you, I think you can put it on RUclips also, some people do it, just make sure to cover the Vapp logo and I think you’ll be good. Also bts do have solo music out. The three rappers have multiple mixtapes out and all the vocalists have put multiple solo songs out as well. We value those solo projects so much, it really shows their color outside the group and they don’t even do it for money because they put their solo music on SoundCloud for free as a gift for us. I think it’s really helpful for them to be able to make their own individual music but then come together as bts as well. They truly do it because they like music that much.
I'm from Brazil and yes, they are very famous here in South America and all over the world. Their last concert in Brazil was in 2019 and it was sold out in 2 hours in one of our biggest stadiums.
They got a third #1 on Hot 100 the month after Savage Love with their song Life Goes On, the first Korean song ever to do so. :) Also....three #1 hits in three months!
I'm from Paraguay, South America. And yes, BTS are huge here and everywhere in Latin America. Kpop has become the thing around here and bts of course are the most popular group. They've been to Brazil a few times and people from other countries had to travel to see them and they also went to Chile once i think.
i’m so glad you guys are reacting to these kinds of videos! i would recommend you guys react to a guide to the members themselves, introducing who they are and what their personality is like. i’m sure you guys will enjoy it a lot! ❤️ :)
I mean, American Hustle Life is pretty entertaining but he wasn't lying when he said cringey💀 also his stage name isn't rap monster anymore, he changed his name to RM :) ALSO, i would really recommend, if u guys are planning to, to get into the whole storyline AFTER u know mostly everything about the band bc it will get very confusing if u get into the BU now
My entire family is into BTS. It started with me 10 months ago and recruited my 32 year old daughter, 27 and 18 y/o sons and 13 y/o daughter. My husband pretends he doesn’t like them but I caught him humming and singing Suga’s song several times. Their songs are relatable and touch your heart no matter what age, race and gender. Add the factor that they are the most silly and funny group I’ve ever seen is icing on the cake.
bts are huge in european countries too and always show up on the albums charts, even being #1 in quite a few. they're popular all over the world and people who open up their minds enough to notice it will know.
RM was Rap Monster but changed it to Real Me now. He said he wouldn't name himself Rap Monster if he could go back in time lol + oh and I really love your reactions!
The best place to find their variety show is on an app called “Weverse”, when you make an account there will be several artists at the top, just choose bts and it’ll take you into their little bubble of the app, click on ‘’media” and several of their shows and content will show up, if you scroll along the top look for “Run BTS!” which is the variety show you saw most of an i assume are wanting to watch, then all the episodes will come up, there are 129 episodes as of now I believe, you can kind of watch any you want however some episodes span across 2-4 episodes (like little mini series within the show) so you don’t want to accident watch part 2 of a 3 part series if you get what I mean, but of course if you watch from the very beginning that’ll never be an issue (and if you do that you’ll see them grow up, the budget grow, the quality and ideas grow etc. Which is always fun! The episodes only get better and longer as you go on). Some people reupload them on RUclips however they’re not always the best quality and they often mute sections that have music (to try and avoid them getting taken down) which seems to work? But it kind of ruins the immersion and the experience bc there’s just chunks of awkward silence lol so my recommendation is the app Weverse! It’s a lot easier to navigate than I might have made it sound :’)
@@marija-katarinajukic708 there are English subtitles! If your app language is English it should automatically turn them on! But if not then when you click on a video to watch the option for captions is in the bottom right corner :]
They were already legends three years after debut so really BTS impact is unprecedented and even imposible to beat at this point, not even western artists have reached their worldwide level of popularity its insane
a lot of people who don't know BTS think that their success was instant. They had a lot of struggles and they work so hard for all the things they have right now. Their music is great and if you just open your mind, you can really appreciate it. And also, it's not just "girls" or "teenagers" that support them. their fanbase is diverse.
They are literally together always like 7-10 years Like a family. They still chose to live in one dorm/apartment although they have their individual houses. The members are given hiatus atleast every year to have their private time with their friends and families. But they worked so hard for BTS, BTS became their world. The CEO gave them their share for the company so each of the members are now shareholders of Big Hit Entertainment and Labels
Bts are like brothers they have lived together since trainees and are the closest you can be to anyone. They still live together to this day, and they all have said when they disband (not anytime soon) that it will be really hard for them and it’ll be worse than any breakup.
all those other groups before lost members and eventually disbanded because they were limited to the group only. But with BTS, they get to do their own thing WHILST being in the group. RM, Suga and Jhope still get to release their mixtapes; Jin, Jungkook, V and Jimin still get to release their own solo songs and V still gets to act (y'all should watch his drama called "Hwarang" its very good!) Jungkook still gets to put out his short films and video editing projects and on top of that, BTS is musically free to do whatever they want. they compose and write their own songs and get to send out the message that /they/ want :) and not to hate on other groups (lol) but BTS /actually/ like each other and treat each other as family. and I really think that that contributes to why they are as popular as they are now, and why even after all these years - almost a decade together - here they are, still going strong as ever.
My fave BTS song I suggest.... 1. Home 2. Life goes on 3. ON 4. Dimple 5. Black Swan 6. Dynamite of course 7. Spring day 8. Pied piper 9. Just one day 10. Boy with luv Bonus ig...Idol & DNA
Their variety show "Run BTS " is hilarious. You can find it on an app called vlive or on an app called weverse. I would recommend going through vlive only because it has all the episodes and weverse only has the newer episodes. You are able to react to "Run BTS " on RUclips. There are 2 reactors that I watch that react to it and post it on RUclips. I can give their channel if you want to ask them how to react to BTS's music and Run BTS. But watching that show will definitely help you see their personalities. I am enjoying your reactions!
as someone who attended their rose bowl show in 2019, no concert will top them. that was by far the best show i have ever gone to. and yeah, tickets go fast, and with the crazy influx of fans in 2020.. it's only gonna get harder lmao
Jhooope! His solo album is HOPE World, also recommend EGO, would love to see a Jhope Moments video. The all-white dystopian type MV is called NO. I also recommend ON the official MV (another dystopian type storyline) & ON the kinetic manifesto (more dance). Life Goes ON is an MV w/a pandemic theme
Ok my top 5 fav bts songs are “Fake love” “For you” “We are bulletproof the enternal” “I’m fine” “crystal snow” there’s a lot more but these just hit different
RM is fluent in Korean, English, and Japanese, and is excellent at lyric wordplay across languages. The others can speak better English than I can speak Korean ;) ...but they aren't fluent. And sometimes when they are talking during interviews they have memorized what they'll say. They are really good at memorizing lines in English. XD
lol, i forgot how much i loved wes' comments! you have these silly, cute things to add & it really feels like you guys are paying attention! (long comment coming lol) to steph, i think you really put into words what many of us love about them: when they perform, they literally kill the stage (you should see some of their performances, any other western stage will lack in the future lol) but the moment they arent performing or preparing to perform, they are these genuinely good & funny (and very chaotic) guys. they have been through a lot a lot (maybe you will find out later if you dive deeper), but many people were against their succes: the big 3 korean entertainment companies (who are very powerful in korea), korean media (who is often corrupted by these companies) jalous other kpop groups & fandoms (let me tell you, they are vicious, worse than your typical western fandom fights) the western industry doing everything to block/humiliate them ... and yet, despite this all, these boys succeeded & stayed the humble and well mannered people they have always been. some recommendations, if you want: - [1080p] BTS - Intro + Fake Love + IDOL (insane performance) - This is BTS: the introduction - This is BTS ARMY: Introduction to BTS fans - the seven members of bts (bit outdated video, but still good to get to know them better)
I love how you guys are getting into this BTS rabbit hole! Btw, RM is the only member who is fluent in English. When they go to America, or do interviews in English, he's usually the one who takes the lead with speaking. He also helps the other members with their English when they go to award shows and for interviews. He taught himself English by watching Friends, funnily enough. He's also fluent in Japanese.

@@BansheePurple most countries in europe are broke too. the more eastern you go the worse it is. that's why bts only come to the western ones.
today is actually j-hopes birthday!! 🥰 well his bday is the 18th but it’s already the 18th in Seoul.
RM was huge in the underground rap scene. He was basically a local celebrety. AT 15.
@@jungcookies3530 same looks ain't everything they have amazing talent and great personalitys💜
You wanna how popular BTS is? I'm from India and the fandom here is HUGE we even have few celebrities who are fans and the thing their albums are not even sold here! We bulk order from other places. We never had a concert here but we did have their movie screenings which were sold out in minutes
Yes....
Park is actually Jimin's last name. In some Asian counties including South Korea, thier last names are put before their first names
🤣 He tried three different platforms and restarted his live four times.
their MV don't get copywrited.
Yes they sometimes do.
the get copyright claimed so they can't make money off of it. that's what they were talking about. copyright claims and copyright strikes are 2 different things.
Rm knows how to speak english cause he learnt it by watching friends
The other members are learning and much better than before
This video doesn't help with telling you about the members individually but as a whole.
THISSSSSSSS
the seven members of bangtan is really outdated though, and I don't feel like it actually gives a good intro to them. It was one of the first videos I watched and looking back on it I don't feel like it was very helpful.
@@poughkeepsies5363 eh, not the most updated but is actually pretty detailed, which i prefer more, their lyricism/message is also highlighted there unlike in this vid.
All their songs have deep meanings and they have a storyline with their albums as well
None of the members have been in public relationships since the group was formed in 2013. There aren't even any privacy invading photos taken by dispatch, paparazzi, stalkers or ANYONE, of them in any romantic situation. They travel and work non stop. My guess is probably all had several discreet but short relationships. They don't have a No Dating clause in their contract at all
If they have a private relationship, it's being kept very private, something I hope all fans would respect.
They are one of the pillars of the Korean economy, they contribute too much to the country Soccer players and classical music singers from korea do not go to military service for their contribution to the country but unfortunately that law does not work in "kpop" singers but we need to respect that at least the armies that we are not Korean
It is a law that cannot be broken thanks to the war between the two Korea's so we just have to wait and see if the 7 go together or each one corresponding to their age, if that happens we would have to wait 5 or 6 years I think until the 7 meet again,,, god I'm going to cry.
Sorry for writing so much, I hope the information will help you understand😔
Im still thrilled the Korean gobernment went and modified the law just so Jin wouldnt have to go to the military this year im sayin this bcs BTS is literally an exception and the requirments for the excemption are only valid for them. The fact that no other artist in Korea would ever reach those requirements is still shoking to me.
i’m gonna sob. jin :(
I'm gonna miss them so much but we as respectful armys should respect their opinions and choices.
But only if those kpop stars “have received government medals for helping spread or evaluate the country’s cultural influence around the world can apply for deferment of their military service.”
oh didn't know that thank you :))

When you said they should make a movie 🤭 they have a whole series of music videos that follow a story line and let’s just say it’s hella confusing 😂
Let's not go there right now....🤣🤣🤣🤣 (It's been YEARS and I haven't figured out everything..🤣🤣🤣🤣)
@@abi5410 SAME!! I’ve watched and read so many things that try to explain and tbh I’m still not much further forward 😂
29:05 bts actually has fans from all ages since their message appeals to many people
I'm from south américa and yes, they are known and loved everywhere
no one really knows if they do relationships or not, they probably do but they never share anything about their private life to the public, the barely talk about their families never mind a significant other, but yeah bts go on your A LOT and it is so exhausting so i can’t imagine they have much time for that, and yes they’re indeed together a lot lmao
also bts, especially the rapline, are hugeee fans of old school hip hop from when they were kids and you can hear the influence even in their latest album, in one song called hip hop lover, they name dropped a lot artists that were their inspiration such as nas, jay z, 2pac, eminem, biggie, mac miller, kanye west, kendrick, and so many more, and their love for hip hop made them extremely talented. so many fans, including me, stayed for the lyrics, bts are nothing without the lyrics they write, yes the dancing and good looks are impressive but no one is an army just because of that
BTS is big in most parts of the world, I am from Sweden and they're HUGH over here.
@@hannah6729 exactly
@@hannah6729 i think about that sometimes but also would they really have time for it? maybe with the pandemic. but i also feel bad because they might be scared to have relationships because of how crazy some army is. but they deserve love too:(
* officially *
I don't mind if they did to be honest. Seems a little archaic and immature to act so entitled to their private lives that much.
i’m so excited to watch this!! i wasn’t expecting this at all!! yay!!!
i have one note so far: in korea, family names actually come first. for example, instead of “park jimin”, in america, it would be “jimin park”. jimin is his first name :)
this was so cute!! loved this, looking forward to more!
To get to know them individually please react to, “who is bts: the seven members of bangtan” thank you!
Yes please
it’s really outdated tho
@@fiestasalsaquinceanerabail2391 I know it is but for some reason it’s the only “guide” that really dives into their personalities. Most of the newer guides that were created talk about their position as artists and how far they’ve come. So I figured this would be ok to get to know them personally, plus armies can always update information for them in the comments👍
best songs:
Spring day
silver spoon
home
ddaeng
ugh
Black Swan
pied piper :)
honestly you just should hit shuffle on spotify, their discograghy is gold, huge and incredibly versatile.
BTS's Song
1. On
2. Not Today
3. Mic drop
4. Your eyes tell
5. Make it right
My fav songs
TOP 5 BTS songs for me are SPRING DAY, DOPE, TOMORROW. BAEPSAE and BLOOD SWEAT AND TEARS (Hon Mention: HOUSE OF CARDS, BLACK SWAN, DEAD LEAVES, HOME, AIRPLANE PT 2, MIC DROP, NOT TODAY, BUTTERFLY & JUST ONE DAY) There's no way I could pick just 5 lol You'll think it's nuts but you find out that BTS have NO bad songs.
I'm so glad you're getting into bts, because you are the best reaction channel I have seen as you actually pay attention.💜💜💜
I thought their music videos don’t get copyrighted cause ive seen loads of people react to them??
doesn't get a strike and a lot of things are getting blocked by YT these days
Only if they show the BigHit intro, it won’t get blocked.
all their music videos get copyright claims, which a channel can accept - it's just that no channel can monetize them, so many channels try to dispute it so they can monetize.
RM is fluent in English. He learnt watching friends (he has a very high IQ). The rest are learning
I am from Central America my country is Guatemala and today we are celebrating Jhope's birthday with +170 screens all around the country
I'm from Brazil and yes, they are very famous here in South America and all over the world. Their last concert in Brazil was in 2019 and it was sold out in 2 hours in one of our biggest stadiums.
Omg I can’t believe you’re reacting to this I’m so excited!!!! You actually saw my comment wow
Spring day is everyone's fav bts song. A queen.
'save me' is my fav and still my ringtone since it's released...means it's 4yrs now
i’m so glad you guys are reacting to these kinds of videos! i would recommend you guys react to a guide to the members themselves, introducing who they are and what their personality is like. i’m sure you guys will enjoy it a lot! ❤️ :)
Fake Love, DNA, Boy with luv,, and Dynamite are my fav bts songs currently
I mean, American Hustle Life is pretty entertaining but he wasn't lying when he said cringey💀
also his stage name isn't rap monster anymore, he changed his name to RM :)
ALSO, i would really recommend, if u guys are planning to, to get into the whole storyline AFTER u know mostly everything about the band bc it will get very confusing if u get into the BU now
you guys should react to “namjoon being done with bts english” and videos like that to get to know their personalities more
watching your reactions literally makes my day!
I am from Tunisia, therefore Africa lol. saying that ARMY's are everywhere is an understatement
i cant breathe wesley
“ed sheeran”
“my cousin?????”
bts are huge in european countries too and always show up on the albums charts, even being #1 in quite a few. they're popular all over the world and people who open up their minds enough to notice it will know.
RM was Rap Monster but changed it to Real Me now. He said he wouldn't name himself Rap Monster if he could go back in time lol
+ oh and I really love your reactions!
Are there English subtitles on Weverse? Or is it only in Korean?
@@marija-katarinajukic708 there are English subtitles! If your app language is English it should automatically turn them on! But if not then when you click on a video to watch the option for captions is in the bottom right corner :]
They were already legends three years after debut so really BTS impact is unprecedented and even imposible to beat at this point, not even western artists have reached their worldwide level of popularity its insane
a lot of people who don't know BTS think that their success was instant. They had a lot of struggles and they work so hard for all the things they have right now. Their music is great and if you just open your mind, you can really appreciate it. And also, it's not just "girls" or "teenagers" that support them. their fanbase is diverse.
my most fav bts songs are mostly the b-side songs, the truth untold, answer:love myself, loder than bombs, pied piper..
The name of their reality show is RUN BTS you can find on VLIVE and Weverse.
Bts are like brothers they have lived together since trainees and are the closest you can be to anyone. They still live together to this day, and they all have said when they disband (not anytime soon) that it will be really hard for them and it’ll be worse than any breakup.
Thank you for taking the time to learn about this amazing group. Looking forward to seeing more BTS reactions.
all those other groups before lost members and eventually disbanded because they were limited to the group only. But with BTS, they get to do their own thing WHILST being in the group. RM, Suga and Jhope still get to release their mixtapes; Jin, Jungkook, V and Jimin still get to release their own solo songs and V still gets to act (y'all should watch his drama called "Hwarang" its very good!) Jungkook still gets to put out his short films and video editing projects and on top of that, BTS is musically free to do whatever they want. they compose and write their own songs and get to send out the message that /they/ want :)
and not to hate on other groups (lol) but BTS /actually/ like each other and treat each other as family. and I really think that that contributes to why they are as popular as they are now, and why even after all these years - almost a decade together - here they are, still going strong as ever.
My fave BTS song I suggest....
1. Home
2. Life goes on
3. ON
4. Dimple
5. Black Swan
6. Dynamite of course
7. Spring day
8. Pied piper
9. Just one day
10. Boy with luv
Bonus ig...Idol & DNA
They still post many songs on *soundcloud*
The rappers especially post their whole mixtapes there
They say that they’re gifts for fans for free
Their variety show "Run BTS " is hilarious. You can find it on an app called vlive or on an app called weverse. I would recommend going through vlive only because it has all the episodes and weverse only has the newer episodes.
You are able to react to "Run BTS " on RUclips. There are 2 reactors that I watch that react to it and post it on RUclips. I can give their channel if you want to ask them how to react to BTS's music and Run BTS. But watching that show will definitely help you see their personalities. I am enjoying your reactions!
I'm 20 years old and I'm from Brazil, here BTS has large success and I'm an army
Im so happy you guys are getting more into the Boys
I have so many favorites of their songs I can’t even pick five. I’d have to pick all of their songs.
as someone who attended their rose bowl show in 2019, no concert will top them. that was by far the best show i have ever gone to. and yeah, tickets go fast, and with the crazy influx of fans in 2020.. it's only gonna get harder lmao
V is my favourite 😍
(The one who played saxophone)
He’s also an actor in a kdrama
5:55 lol i choked when they paused like that 😂
Ok my top 5 fav bts songs are “Fake love” “For you” “We are bulletproof the enternal” “I’m fine” “crystal snow” there’s a lot more but these just hit different
Yep I was big sad when the tour got postponed. I was supposed to go to Chicago with my best friend. It was gonna be great.
6:57 he is not called rap monster anymore, now he is just rm
RM is fluent in Korean, English, and Japanese, and is excellent at lyric wordplay across languages. The others can speak better English than I can speak Korean ;) ...but they aren't fluent. And sometimes when they are talking during interviews they have memorized what they'll say. They are really good at memorizing lines in English. XD
lol, i forgot how much i loved wes' comments!
you have these silly, cute things to add & it really feels like you guys are paying attention! (long comment coming lol)
to steph, i think you really put into words what many of us love about them: when they perform,
they literally kill the stage (you should see some of their performances, any other western stage will lack in the future lol)
but the moment they arent performing or preparing to perform, they are these genuinely good & funny (and very chaotic) guys.
they have been through a lot a lot (maybe you will find out later if you dive deeper), but many people were against their succes:
the big 3 korean entertainment companies (who are very powerful in korea),
korean media (who is often corrupted by these companies)
jalous other kpop groups & fandoms (let me tell you, they are vicious, worse than your typical western fandom fights)
the western industry doing everything to block/humiliate them
...
and yet, despite this all, these boys succeeded & stayed the humble and well mannered people they have always been.
some recommendations, if you want:
- [1080p] BTS - Intro + Fake Love + IDOL (insane performance)
- This is BTS: the introduction
- This is BTS ARMY: Introduction to BTS fans
- the seven members of bts (bit outdated video, but still good to get to know them better)
i had to say it ur eyes are gorgeous both of u keep smiling :)
Am from West Africa, Ghana 🇬🇭 and BTS has alot of fans here. Oh they are huge in Africa
American hustle life was a whole meme, I still watch it today, it so funny you guys should definitely watch it
