I have my gain at -2 and crossover @70Hz and the phase at 0'.

You did a good review on the Starke Sound SW12! Do you believe that a pair of Starke Sound SW12 Subs will be great for high end 2 channel music in a dedicated acoustically treated room?
Do you also feel that the Starke Sound SW12 can output a great high end musical sound for 2 channel music?
The sub will do great in a stereo setup. A pair of subs in that setup may be overkill.

They’re very similar and comparable products. The Starke does look better IMO but that’s about it
They seem like they are perpetually on sale and you don't know how to position them.

Hey so I finally got the Sonos arc I got it from Costco. I haven’t test Dolby atmos because Samsung only supports it on amazon prime and Netflix. I would definitely recommend it to you guys to review. Also worth it if you have the beam.

@@HiFiBrothers also I forgot to explain that if you have a Samsung tv you would need a Apple TV 4K or something similar to get any atmos experience, other then Netflix I’m going to test hbo max next week. I do have a ps5 but they haven’t added atmos support yet for streaming services. Also my ceiling is way to high, so if you have a high ceiling you may want to consider that it may not make much of a difference for atmos. Still, I was watching Disney+ mandalorian and it sounded fantastic even without a sub (without atmos too). Clearly it has more drivers make it able to sound better in music, movies and more. it also helps if your house is noisy because of the bigger sound stage. These are just my thoughts after a week. I also forgot to Mention I got the Sonos arc sl because I don’t care for the mic.
@@HiFiBrothers I would also love to see a buys guide for the arc and Sonos in general.
@@HiFiBrothers this speaker is very different because of Dolby atmos. I was testing it last night on the mandalorian with a roku ultra 2020 then I went back to Dolby digital plus no atmos and it sounded widely different. I can’t believe I haven’t tested this yet it’s a whole new experience.
Hey Larry, you should be glad to know that we now own the Sonos Arc. During some Dolby Atmos content, have you noticed that the low end bass levels seem to be too much for the Arc to handle?
We've had to lower the bass levels to -5 (Trueplay enabled), without it feeling like the woofers were going to explode.
Does this sub have a grille if so what color
It does have a black grill. Definitely looks better without
